The team communicates regularly throughout the week when pertinent information is available such as news from Google about a change in the algorithm, a sudden shift in ranking, etc. SEO just seems like a second nature to them. Nothing is "odd" or surprising. Most agencies want you to think they've got some secret sauce or put on a smoke and mirrors show so that you believe that they have some crystal ball or secret connection. It's ridiculous. Outerbox puts it in plain English.
