They’ve been really great. I called them the Wednesday before Thanksgiving with an issue and they pulled team members together to handle it over the holiday. Depending on the issue, they can solve it in a matter of hours. As a beta site, we’re also asking them to develop or change things that are more complex, and they’ve been very responsive and proactive with those needs as well. They check in along the way as they build things out. They don’t disappear for weeks at a time and then come and show us something. We’ve been really engaged with them the entire time.
