We reached out to Rampiq when searching to augment our advertising team before the Black Friday. We needed a partner who would quickly pick up the campaigns we already had and launch the planned seasonal promotions. Rampiq learned fast and did a good job, and thanks to that, the change of the Google Ads account manager right in our highest and most important season didn’t affect the account. The next goal for our partnership with Rampiq was to optimize the advertising spend by switching the focus in paid ads to new customers vs returning, which helped us improve the overall ROI without affecting LTV. Rampiq also helped us grow the top of the funnel traffic by launching new campaigns. Throughout this time, Rampiq was providing us with weekly and monthly performance reports and adjusting the daily spend in accordance with MER fluctuations.

The Rampiq team started with audits & then they created the whole digital marketing strategy for us. They also advised us to create a blog to gain more authority in the niche & attract more relevant traffic to the website. So the process began and we ended up with the whole strategy developed, together with the implementation plan.
Along with developing the blog we started working on the content plan & articles to be fully ready for the blog's launch. They went the extra mile and customized their recommendations to our website CMS so that our team would know exactly how to implement them. Then, Rampiq worked on keyword research, which they started by interviewing us about the niche and our product. Our initial scope included SEO competitors backlinks and SEO activity analysis, plus keyword research to help boost website positions with most-relevant search terms.
What is great, these insights were wrapped up in a PowerBI report - which is very informative and easy to navigate. After the new site was launched Rampiq arranged a SEO migration check and facilitated the development of our website content and technical optimization plan. For what projects/services did your company hire Rampiq Agency?
We hired Rampiq to address our web analytics and SEO needs including Google Analytics goals and events recommendations, Google Tag Manager setup and configuration, E-commerce module setup recommendations, link-building activities, and technical SEO.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I’ve known Rampiq from the previous work they’ve done on other projects we run together. I had seen the quality that they deliver and wanted to have the same level of detail and professional attitude to my business needs.

We launched our website and wanted to increase its visibility. I knew that we had some technical SEO issues so I asked the Rampiq team to look deeper into them and they provided detailed recommendations on fixes we needed to apply. We also needed to track the user flow and the Rampiq team helped us with a very detailed review of our user journey and tracking setup. Their instructions for the dev team were easy to follow and we implemented them very quickly. They also implemented an advanced e-commerce tracking setup, which is essential for our ROI tracking.

The team I worked with included 2 SEO specialists, a web analyst, and a customer success manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over a month after implementing the SEO recommendations, we gained more visibility and got the conversion tracking we needed. For instance, the last batch of optimization was done in April and in May we got 625% MoM growth in organic traffic. This round of optimizations also brought us 5x MoM organic impressions growth, which was exactly in line with our SEO goals. And we now have the reports in Google Analytics that we use daily to track our ROI and user journey, this is very helpful.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a swift and convenient work process, their team was available when I needed quick responses and advice. Monthly reports were all to action and really useful. I could communicate directly with their specialists when it was needed for my team, which is rare with agencies.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The level of responsibility and accountability shown by Rampiq was exactly what I expected. As well as good attention to detail and personal attention, too. Their level of professionalism is very high and they saved me a lot of time and money with this approach

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm an executive at an outdoor spaces booking startup platform. We offer places where people traveling on camper vans can stay for the night.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rampiq Agency?
We needed different Google and social media campaigns from a professional team to test the Spanish market, so we hired them for PPC and digital marketing services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Rampiq Agency provided PPC services for us. We described our scope, the target market, and the audience, and they came up with options on what we could do to try and reach our target audience and convert them into customers. They based one of the campaigns on offering a different way of traveling this summer, so we targeted people looking for camper vans to rent and those looking for places to stay the night.
Based on that, Rampiq Agency helped us with PPC, Google Ads, and social media campaigns focused on Facebook and Instagram. Consequently, we created the deliverables and designs based on Rampiq Agency's suggestions.
What is the team composition?
I worked with around five members of their marketing team, including Veronica (Director), who has our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Rampiq Agency?
One of our investors referred us to Rampiq Agency and wanted us to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $12,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June 2022 –September 2022. Those months were our high season, and we wanted to test our platform.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our site was not ready when we started the campaign, so at the beginning, we had to slow down on spending because we were getting a good number of registrations each month, but we had issues converting to confirmed bookings. After working with Rampiq Agency, we got good results in lowering the general cost per click, getting a higher number of registrations, and narrowing the number of keywords that weren't useful. In addition, the metrics also show that we're increasing our website traffic thanks to them.
How did Rampiq Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management went great; Veronica was always available for us, and it was easy to connect with her. We were getting weekly reports, and they sent us a more structured statement with deeper insights every month.
Regarding communication and tools, we started using email, but then we onboarded them onto our Slack channel. For the weekly and monthly recaps, we used Google Meet and monday.com for project management once every while.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication was one of their best attributes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could consider lowering their fees a little bit.
Any advice for potential customers?
If you have the budget, go with them. They're especially good for the US and some specific European markets.

Actually, OMI was referred to Rampiq by a partner based on their reputation and quality of work. Our partner had worked with them for several years and had great results. We met the Rampiq team and felt they were perfect for our needs.

Initially, we were assuming we needed only SEO services to help us generate more leads. But after Rampiq’s research - we understood that the website structure itself needs redesign & optimizations. So the Rampiq team helped us with website redesign, SEO strategy execution, and directories management. The SEO team of Rampiq is VERY professional. They cover not only keywords and their allocation, but also found and solved technical errors that had been preventing our website from gaining better positions on Google. Then the team assisted us with creating layouts, copy, and increased landing pages conversions so it was basically a double-win!
We gained better visibility on Google (and got more traffic), and increased conversions - both at the same time! And now Rampiq has been working for years on content marketing and SEO for our website. The results are more than satisfactory, we are very glad that we found Rampiq!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We don’t like sharing meaningless numbers that could easily be misconstrued. The single most important thing that Rampiq did for us is that our website actually started bringing business. Before that, all of our business was coming from anywhere but the website - we just saw it as a thing that every business needs as proof of authority, but never really saw it as a revenue driver. But after some hard work, relevant leads started coming and deals started closing. That was key in us seeing the value of what Rampiq was providing for us.

Rampiq’s processes are professional, robust & more than effective. They’re very quick to react to change and efficient at dealing with ad-hoc requests. Their monthly reporting system did not only really help us understand more about our progress, but also taught us a lot about marketing. The quarterly work scopes are always planned out well in advance and executed without delays. It is a pleasure to work with them.
