Based on my experience working with other developers, Wegacha was the first that had an understanding of e-commerce. The other companies I interacted with were website designers, but they lacked a good knowledge of e-commerce specifically. Anyone can use platforms like Shopify to put a shopping cart on a website, but having a real understanding of how things should work—what’s better for the client, and what the best shopping experience for the customers is—is something very valuable. This is what Wegacha gave us.

Our teams mainly spoke via email and video conference calls, though we were able to schedule face-to-face meetings to cover more complex issues. Initially, all communication went through Krystel, but as the project moved forward, I was able to reach out directly to their dev group. Overall, the workflow between our two teams was seamless, and collaboration felt natural.
