This is good, considering the usual, high turnover in firms, and there's never been a doubt in my mind that we were a top priority, regardless of our budget or the size of our organization. I would call them and they would be available just like I would be to an internal staffer. We do in person meetings. We have a digital marketer who manages them on a day to day basis. Communication is frequent, and we have ongoing strategy meetings that are in person and over the phone.
