Previously, they sent us a weekly report but then they actually built us a dashboard online that's updated in real-time with all of our metrics so we can log in at any time to see them. Occasionally, I’ll ask for something outside the scope of that reporting and they’ll put together with me also. My advice is to truly tap them for idea generation. I feel like they’re very open to a lot of collaboration and they’re willing to go the extra mile to help certain campaigns come to fruition.
