Most recently, we saw a change in our cost per lead. We saw our cost per lead impressively jump from $60 on average to about $20. In terms of ranking, we are always in the first 3–4 slots. Year over year, we’ve seen a steady increase in the type of traffic we are getting. More recently, we have seen a change in the leads, where previously it was a little more generic traffic that was coming in. We’ve also seen a change in terms of conversion rates, and have seen that the leads that are coming in are a lot warmer.

We’ve gone from an outdated website to something more modern, vibrant, and mobile-friendly. Many of our clients have already offered positive feedback. As a company that helps universities recruit students and engage with alumni for philanthropy, a lot of our efforts are digital. It was becoming increasingly difficult for us to say that we were a forward-thinking organization with the right solutions when our site was not mobile-responsive. WebMechanix has allowed us to walk the walk, and that has been our most significant accomplishment so far. Further, I can’t speak highly enough of their ability to deliver steady work according to our deadlines. I was skeptical that we could finish the project in four months, but they knew what they were doing and stuck to the timeline.
