BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Community Engagement and Training Manager for a substance abuse rehabilitation and detox facility headquartered in Washington, PA. We have around 300 employees and operate 11 different locations in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ethic Advertising Agency?

Our company did not have a dedicated PR person, so we brought on Ethic Advertising to run our social media, do ad buys with local radio/tv, revitalize our website, and suggest any other creative endeavour to promote our facilities.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase awareness of our facilities and our overall census.

How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with Jeff, the CEO of Ethic Advertising, when he was employed with another company. I believe we were the first company to sign with Ethic. Jeff is a visionary; he is very driven and has a lot of great ideas. It was a no-brainer for us.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Ethic negotiated radio and tv spots, completely reworked our website, provided new opportunities for our marketing department (e.g., he helped us get 2 weekly radio shows), geofencing, etc. He was our PR Department.

What was the team composition?

Ethic is a streamlined organization and we worked with all of his employees at one time or another.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The advertising and marketing campaigns that Ethic came up with were very well received by our target market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ethic Advertising Agency and the people who work there are always available by either email or phone. Communication was never an issue.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jeff and the people who work for him have come a tremendously large way in the last 6 years. They continue to always put the customer first, regardless of how busy they are.

To create a commercial for DePaul School.

What were your goals for this project?

To have a 15 second, 30 second, 60 second, and 90 second commercial.

Ethic Advertising created a beautiful commercial featuring our student and worked with us to get all of the technical aspects of our specialty correctly.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The whole team was there to support us every step of the way. They were able to easily adapt (it's not very easy to do a video shoot with multiple preschoolers) without sacrificing the integrity of the commercial.

The commercial is absolutely beautiful.

We work extremely well together!
