Currently, they do website maintenance and SEO services. Regarding SEO, we work collaboratively on keyword research.

They reached out to us; I knew Bob before I started with this project, and he explained to me the services they offered, so we decided to give them a chance.

Project management has been excellent. In terms of communication, we use emails.

Their ability to communicate with me consistently at any time of the day is outstanding. They’re also transparent with what they do and send me our monthly SEO rankings reports.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I love their services!

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rhema Marketing provided us with their web development services. I was initially involved in the discovery phase where I gave them an outline of my business and discussed who we were and what we did.

Apart from that, they also provided us with content marketing, market research, and SEO — they helped set up our Google My Business account to improve our online presence and reach specific target markets.

Moreover, they developed an app that enabled our associates to sign up for our programs and services.

We’ve significantly increased our clicks and engagement thanks to the digital marketing expertise of Rhema Marketing.

We’ve also received a lot of praise for our website, even encouraging some of my colleagues to develop and revamp their own.

Rhema Web Marketing corrected the SEO and made updates to the website. As a result my business is on the first page of Google for my niche.

Mr. Coleman's keeps me updated on project status, provides options to solve the issues and is timely in all communications.
