Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of a childcare center that has served our community for almost 35 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire Limitless Web Developers, and what were your goals?

We had not yet had a website developed for our company, so we hired Limitless to create a website for us from scratch! We wanted a web design that would attract clients and staff, as well as give information to those interested in our center.

We chose this vendor based on their past experience, price range, and past projects.

We started with a kick off meeting, where we described our wants and needs with the webpage. We then had Limitless in contact with us the entire time of the development, continually asking for details to make sure the website met all of our expectations. We asked for accessible forms for potential clients to contact us through, and those details were all addressed.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager was the main point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients and employees have loved the design and the outcome. We have had more site traffic, and we have had potential clients use our site to communicate about future enrollements.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager would reach out to us on a regular basis to give updates on timelines, and to let us know of any delays. We have had plenty of conversations regarding even the smallest of details to make sure the product was exactly what we were expecting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. They were knowledgeable and also thorough in explaining all of the steps that they were taking and why they were taking them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, we saw some minor design issues that we were hoping to look different. We addressed them with the project manager, and they were quick to fix the issues.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of an app-based company that connects golfers to caddies anywhere in the world.

What challenge were you trying to address with Limitless Web Developers?

When we started our business, we were searching for exposure and legitimacy, and I contracted with Limitless to address both of those things.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LImitless is our marketing and SEO partner. They’ve helped us with about a dozen projects, from social media marketing (SMM) to writing SEO blogs and articles. For example, they helped us push information about our Canada launch and the tours we’ve partnered with. 

Initially, we provided some guidelines around wholesomeness and legitimacy; we wanted our audience to know we provide qualified caddies. The Limitless team took that information and ran with it, and we’ve leaned on their expertise to lead all efforts. 

In terms of marketing, they’ve helped us with email marketing via scheduled mass mailers. They also provide recommendations regarding our public image. As for SMM, they’ve worked with our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts, and they’ve recently started creating content for Snapchat and YouTube. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve mostly worked with Ryan (Owner). Although some other people are involved, I don’t interact with them. 

How did you come to work with Limitless Web Developers?

I saw a Facebook post by Ryan about Limitless developing a website for a golf company. When I had a conversation with him, there were a lot of synergies, and I realized he was a golfer and he’d caddied before, which I appreciated. After that, it was easy to choose Limitless. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $120,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Limitless’ work, our Facebook traffic and likes have increased by 2,000%, as has our web traffic. They’ve increased our traffic tenfold or twentyfold on every online platform we have. Across the board, whatever they’ve touched has had massive growth, and it’s sustained itself, too.

They’ve taken us to the next level, which is what I asked them to do. Within their parameters, they’ve delivered their expertise to what our need was, and I couldn’t be happier. Overall, I’m satisfied with everything Limitless does for us. 

How did Limitless Web Developers perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re wonderful with project management; they stay on top of things and take down the information. I never have to follow up; they just do the work. We communicate via email, text messages, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. I can text Ryan directly and get an answer immediately if I need it. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Limitless’ enthusiasm, expertise, and willingness to work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any criticism for them.
