What was the scope of their involvement?

Great Big Digital Agency redesigned my existing website, adding key features and functionalities to improve the overall usability. They made it mobile friendly and more interactive. For the SEO efforts, they provide support across all areas including keyword research.

I followed a referral from someone who’d worked with Josh previously.

We began working together in 2015 and our engagement is ongoing.

Their work has been excellent throughout the engagement and is always delivered on time. I’m extremely pleased with their work and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

They’re great at managing the project and communicating. We speak through emails for immediate attention and phone calls whenever necessary.

They’re timely, prompt and knowledgeable, which makes them stand out from others in the industry.

No, there’s nothing I can think of.

Do your due diligence before working with them so you really appreciate their abilities. Work with them as a team because, even as good as they are, they need to know the direction you want to head in.

We are an independent insurance brokerage that works with several insurance carriers. I'm the office manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with Great Big Digital Agency?

Our existing website was very antiquated, and we needed a new site. We didn't have the rights to the old site, so we had to start again from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed our new site, and they gave us ownership over it. They also built in organic SEO into the site. We have several product pages that cover the lines of insurance we offer, and they provided interactive features and animation that made the site fun and colorful. They also customized engaging quote forms that helps us collect information from new prospects.

We knew we wanted a WordPress site, and they were experts in the technology we wanted. They followed the contract to the letter, and there were no surprises in their process. They sent us the homepage design first for our approval before they developed the rest of the site.

Other pages included a development link and a style and brand guide. We reworked some elements, and they went over our history and personalities in-depth before they even got started. We established our color schemes and goals, and they gave us exactly what we wanted.

We were referred through a family friend who recommended a couple of companies. We chose Great Big Digital because of our initial phone consultation with them. They seemed easy to work with, friendly, and above board about everything. We loved their strategy and their creative ideas.

How much have you invested with them?

Our total investment was around $34,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and the partnership is ongoing. We've launched the site, but they're currently creating an animated explanatory video for our social media and the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't tracked any statistics or metrics yet, as the site only launched a few weeks ago. Our rankings have already increased substantially.

How did Great Big Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always available by phone or in person. Every deadline was met, and they held up all the parameters of the contract. If there was a delay on our end, they checked in with us and kept us on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their enthusiasm and love for what they do is genuine, and they're great to work with. Their process is smooth, easy, and fun.

We're really pleased with everything, and there's nothing I can think of that they should improve.
