• detailed roadmap for strategic planning with the team.

Most impressive about the company was the founder's deep knowledge and ability to explain the fundamentals of performance marketing and business strategy to individuals who aren't familiar with the background knowledge / don't have experience in this field. Being able to educate on a high level and go deep into the weeds of a topic, I found to be very helpful for our team.
