What was the scope of their involvement?

Cam Myers helped with the redesign of our website at first, which we recently decided to have them rebuild from scratch. Their team provided wireframes and incorporated SEO into the new site. They've also helped with social media marketing for our Facebook page.

I work with three people whose roles include project management, design, and data entry.

We've spent roughly $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since February 2017 and expect the website to be completed in April 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working with Cam Myers, our sales have increased 25%. That increase may not entirely be attributed to their work, but their efforts are certainly a huge part of it. Our social reach has also seen a significant increase in engagement.

How did Cam Myers Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team consistently delivers on milestones on time and within our budget. They've been great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Although they usually use project management tools, they've been flexible with my preference to just communicate through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're strategic, forward thinkers who tend to be more proactive than reactive. They care about the future of the project and making decisions that enhance the website as a whole. A previous firm I worked with continued to add plugins for every new request, which eventually caused problems. Cam Myers, however, makes suggestions and pushes back on decisions when necessary in order to provide us with the best long-term solutions—they don't cut any corners.

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don't expect instant results. This process can take upwards of a year before you start seeing significant improvement in your site's performance.
