We took a big hit throughout the pandemic, especially on the commercial side, and Dot Com Media has helped us stay afloat. Our phones have kept ringing, leads keep coming in. We lost a lot of our crew during this time, and they guided us through. I’m considering raising my budget with them, as business is rolling. Leads are coming in through calls and my website.

Before we worked with Dot Com Media, we utilized other companies that outsourced work to other countries, and the results were poor. This led to many arguments regarding deliverables; there were no results to measure, in those cases. Dot Com Media, on the other hand, does quality work and takes care of their clients. If I had to estimate a number, we’ve probably seen a 300% increase in our lead generating ability, at the very minimum.

I prefer speaking over email, as it is easy to respond right away. Phone calls are my second choice. Ninna might not answer right away, but she’ll always call me back quickly.

My site was not really working for me, it was just there until this campaign. I am now bringing in about 43% of my total business from the website.

After that, they only really needed my approval and they handled the rest. I only worry about updates now, which they provide monthly like clockwork. All in all it was a smooth process.

Initially, there were about 5 or 6 people involved in getting things started, however, I have had the same main contact since the beginning. He is the person that I first spoke with as well as the person who goes over reports with me monthly.

The results have been great. I went from no business from my website to getting about 43% of my business from the internet. As long as I continue to see these results I will remain with Dot Com Media. I have even recommended them to several of my own clients.

They provide reports every month, very reliable. The set-up seemed very organized. I have not had any worries or issues. They told me the timeline and that was how it played out.

I don't think so, compared to some other companies I have dealt with they really seemed to have a smooth process.
