We work with Tuff to help develop and e paid campaign strategies across several platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google search and display networks, along with Youtube and OTT implementation execute. They also help creative thoughtful graphics and creative for specific campaigns and landing pages when needed. Tuff then integrates data into our CRM and analyzes and reports data to help us achieve our goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase in leads, traffic and brand awareness while decreasing our cost per.

We have a weekly meeting with Tuff to go over metrics and throughout the week we communicate via slack as new things come down the pipeline. Tuff is also always willing to jump on a call to make sure projects get done on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have extensive knowledge and a huge team that can help us solve problems we've never encountered before. If something goes wrong, even if it is not a direct task Tuff helps on, they do everything in their power to help fix the problem. I have full confidence in Tuff.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tuff?

We needed to increase the efficiency of our paid digital marketing campaigns and help drive online and offline growth through digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tuff provides ongoing support to manage our Google, Meta, and streaming TV digital ads. The team works with us to optimize our cost per lead, cost per store visit, and ultimately our ROAS through PMAX, Google Shopping, Google Search, Meta, and streaming TV ads.

What is the team composition?

We work with four teammates from Tuff.

How did you come to work with Tuff?

We found Tuff through a referral. We chose Tuff over other options because of our previous experience with the company’s founder.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Tuff in March 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in leads and attributed revenue. Additionally, we’ve seen an improved cost per lead and ROAS with attributed revenue.

How did Tuff perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Slack and Zoom meetings. Tuff delivers on time and responds well to our needs.

We’re impressed with the knowledge of Tuff’s staff and the way they integrate into our organization.

• Tuff ran the entire marketing efforts for the company, this included a short branding project and paid advertising.

The measurable outcomes were user aquisition and cost.

• They did not deliver on time, did not hit metrics and they even got our advertising accounts suspended on Facebook. 
• The company is going through internal troubles, team members disappeared suddenly and were changed frequently.
