I also appreciate that they're honest. If we ever came across a major issue, I know that I could go to Leadhub and ask what happened, no matter whose mistake it might have been. They would be honest and give me an accurate depiction, instead of trying to cover it up. Technology is not my main specialization, but Leadhub is by my side, ready to explain things to me. I can use their team in order to brainstorm ideas, instead of them trying things out independently, or being too afraid to bring something to me. We're a physical training company. Our one and only focus is helping people receive the best care possible. IT is not a forte for us, so Leadhub's honesty is appreciated even more because of this. I always felt that other companies we worked with overpromised and under-delivered. The pricing that we're quoted initially will usually tend to be in the low end of the spectrum, ignoring hidden charges and fees. I've never been surprised by anything while working with Leadhub. There are no added fees in our collaboration.

As a boutique size marketing firm, Zoom IQ and Boardroom PR has established a good workflow and overall chemistry. There is almost no lag time in terms of getting direction/feedback, and therefore, we are able to conclude a project that would normally take months in weeks. The research they conduct on a client before embarking on the work. They do their homework, so things are pretty well buttoned-up at the onset which prevents delays and revisions down the road. While no company is perfect, Boardroom PR comes pretty close. They hire exceptional people, train their employees frequently to enhance their knowledge of related subject matter, and take tremendous pride in their customer service.

I can definitely tell that they have the latest information in front of them. There’s really young, dynamic people working on the projects. One of the things I really, really like is that anytime that they present me with a concept or an idea, or any sort of presentation, you can tell it’s been vetted internally. It’s something that you could essentially take for granted, but I really don’t. It’s always a very client-ready product. Even if it’s just in its design phase, they’ve definitely already thought through things on our behalf without us necessarily having to ask for it.
