What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen a 200% ROI from the leads we got last year for deals that have already closed. It's an almost a 1000% ROI if we look at the potential opportunities. Some of those potential deals won't close, but it’s clear that Level Up Digital is generating interested and business-relevant leads for us.
How did Level Up Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Level Up Digital holds a quarterly check-in to see what we think we can improve for the year. Together we’ll look at the Google Ads dashboard. In terms of success of lead collection, we track metrics in Salesforce and Pardot. It's been a positive experience working with both our project manager and designer. They both take feedback well and respond in a timely fashion. It’s very hands-off for me, which is great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I especially like working with their people. Most importantly, they deliver great results. Level Up Digital continues to find new ways to make the system perform better.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don't think so at this time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a good understanding of the value for the product you’re trying to sell. We saw an improvement in outside interest when Level Up Digital helped us articulate a call-to-action that articulates our value in dollars. Not every business is capable of doing that. If you can position your advertising with a clear ROI, you'll get a better return from PPC ads.
