I’m the sales manager of RV Shop Inc. We handle high-end recreational vehicles, conversion vans, and we’re the only Airstream dealer in the state of Louisiana.

We have very niche products, so we don’t get a lot of customers that stroll onto our property and decide to purchase something on the spot. Also, our location is several miles off of the interstate, so we needed help improving our exposure online, rather than hoping people find us in person.

My friend owns the company, so I’d known of their work for other car dealerships nationwide. I chose them because they were going to cater to our needs and work with our unique situation. I could tell they wouldn’t do cookie-cutter work like some other companies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before we began working with Click Here Digital, we only sold about 5–6 units a month, but we’re now averaging between 22–25 monthly. We’ve seen about a 56% increase in total web traffic and our online conversions have improved by 16%, too. Our overall organic rankings show that we’re getting 458,000 impressions rather than the 273,000 we had before.

Deanna does a phenomenal job keep me up to date on their progress. They’re always asking about the units we’re trying to sell per month and keeping track of our sales. They’re on top of the information, finding out how many leads we’re receiving and what our month is looking like. The team is very involved in our business—sometimes they’ll come to our location and I’ll demonstrate how some of our RVs work to give them a better grasp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing for me is that they’re local to us. Anytime I need something, they pick up the phone and handle it very quickly. I have a great relationship with their team, both inside and outside the office.

I can’t think of anything for them to improve. If everything is working and they’re doing their job, there is nothing they can do to further help me.

Working in tandem with them, my team designs the ads and Click Here Digital handles the placement of each deliverable. We ask changes weekly, ranging from minimal to drastic. That can involve switching ad locations, or adjusting organic search pages based on PPC optimization.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Every week we look at ad clicks, clicks to the site, time on the site, and conversions to leads. We compare that data with traditional sales and inventory metrics. Their efforts are obviously working, or we wouldn’t stay with them. We’ve experienced an increase in referral traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions. Our business has grown as a result of their work. They’re fantastic and awesome to work with.

How did Click Here Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet with them on a weekly basis for at least 30 minutes. I also interact with Glen no less than 5–10 times a week. It doesn’t matter what time it is, even on evenings and weekends. They always make themselves available to us. When we email them, the team lead responds to us within 10 minutes. We change our specials often, but they customize each campaign to align with our products. They’re exceptional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their deliverables are miles above what similar firms provide. They create custom campaigns instead of going with a cookie-cutter approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We talk candidly about what’s going on, what we don’t like, and what needs to get better. Furthermore, they communicate what they need from us. They’re transparent on both ends.

Be involved in the project. If you’re not going to be involved, don’t hire them because it would be a waste of their time.

I’m a senior account manager at Hendrick Automotive Group. We’re a dealership management company with over 100 dealerships nationwide. I manage advertising and marketing for about 20 Ford dealerships, which includes everything from print media to TV, radio, and digital media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For all of the dealerships I serve, they handle search retargeting, remarketing, and advertising, including on social media. They also oversee SEO on all of our websites. We’ve also ventured into posting video on YouTube. Oftentimes, they coordinate that with what their research and experience show, but there are times when a manufacturer makes them buy specific terms and they have to juggle around it.

As far as search, they’re setting up the bid structures for major search engines by filling in key search terms. With advertising, our in-house team comes up with the ads but they ensure all of it’s properly placed. They handle most of the creative aspects of our social media ads, though.

They didn’t initially handle all of our dealerships, but after about six months or so, my boss decided he wanted to utilize Click Here Publishing at all 24 of our dealerships.

I work with four or five people directly, including their owner and their VP of account services. They manage the larger team that handles the web design, SEO, and social media ads. We worked to bring in a couple per month and now they manage the whole portfolio.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our results have been amazing. We’ve seen an exponential increase in site traffic and a monthly increase in organic search traffic leading to our site. There’s also been an increase in lead generation from our social media accounts — some of our stores are seeing an improvement of 10 or 20%. In addition, we’re seeing higher numbers on our video platform than we could have ever achieved on our own.

They send out a daily email and they’re also available by text and phone call, even on nights and weekends. Our schedule varies by project, but we have a standing weekly meeting that they always prepare for well and handle on schedule. Not only are they easy to get ahold of, but they also drop by our offices and the dealerships, which is unusual. We also hold quarterly in-person meetings and they have a phenomenal reporting portal that quickly delivers all the necessary facts and figures.

Their customer service is excellent and their depth of industry knowledge is a close second.

Don’t underestimate how much digital advertising can affect your business. I’ve seen other dealerships underfund their digital marketing campaigns. Click Here Publishing has taught us the value of this sort of advertising and of properly funding it. Listen to what they propose. They’re not in it just to make a profit; they’re in it to deliver great service to you.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started building three new websites along with a used car website. Click here Publishing helped us design all four of those sites and get them up and running. Also, they help us tailor our strategies to the marketing conditions, so we see some really good results from our campaigns. After they implemented our "Used Car" campaign, our cost per click went down and the number of impressions and shares increased.

They're very timely and always follow up with us. Also, they're responsive and usually get back to me within an hour via phone or email. We have an open line of communication. They give us monthly or biweekly reports on all of our digital marketing campaigns (Bing, Google, Yahoo, Facebook), so we can see the progress and the results.

They're always there to help us if we have a problem or concern. Some companies can not be reached over the weekend, but Click Here Publishing is available 24/7, so we can send them an email or text whenever we need them. That makes a big difference for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our first project, they designed a custom site and provided graphics, which allowed us to easily update our content. They’ve since transitioned into more of a digital marketing role, managing our social media channels, SEO, and paid search.

After setting up our Facebook account, they created and curated our content. As for the SEO, they went through our site and optimized the pages, redesigning certain aspects and adding keywords. We’ve recently overhauled our site from the ground up, so we don’t have any current metrics that would accurately reflect their work. However, we’ve been extremely pleased with their efforts. Every month, they send a 10-page report about everything they’ve done as well as our search rankings.

They’re exceptionally responsive, replying to emails within hours, if not minutes. If I have any request, they complete the task within a day and are always there to help. The owner also meets with me to go over best practices when I personally work on the site.

I appreciate how detailed their monthly reports are. Not only do they go over our results, they include a list of everything they’ve done as well as current tasks. This keeps me updated and shows that they’re actually working on things. Beyond that, they’re able to immediately address any issue I may have, even if it’s outside of digital marketing.
