What was the scope of their involvement?
For all of the dealerships I serve, they handle search retargeting, remarketing, and advertising, including on social media. They also oversee SEO on all of our websites. We’ve also ventured into posting video on YouTube. Oftentimes, they coordinate that with what their research and experience show, but there are times when a manufacturer makes them buy specific terms and they have to juggle around it.
As far as search, they’re setting up the bid structures for major search engines by filling in key search terms. With advertising, our in-house team comes up with the ads but they ensure all of it’s properly placed. They handle most of the creative aspects of our social media ads, though.
They didn’t initially handle all of our dealerships, but after about six months or so, my boss decided he wanted to utilize Click Here Publishing at all 24 of our dealerships.
What is the team composition?
I work with four or five people directly, including their owner and their VP of account services. They manage the larger team that handles the web design, SEO, and social media ads. We worked to bring in a couple per month and now they manage the whole portfolio.
How did you come to work with Click Here Publishing?
They were with us before I came on board, so I’m not sure, but I’ve since hired them to work on my own properties. They possess deep knowledge and experience with new media, and they’re also very accessible when it comes to customer service. On top of that, their pricing is reasonable compared to their competitors.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $750,000–$1.2 million.

We started working with them in July 2016 and the relationship is ongoing.
