What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cannabis industry in Michigan is tough, and ThrivePOP is a woman-owned cannabis marketing agency so that initially caught my eye.  I still love that the company is woman-owned, but what sets ThrivePOP apart is that everyone we have worked with is so down-to-earth, understanding, hardworking, and knowledgeable.
When working with the owner (Michele) or any of the other staff members, you feel as though you have been friends for years.  They genuinely care about their customers and their customers' needs, and that makes a huge difference. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something ThrivePOP could have done differently?

We hired ThrivePOP for our marketing needs, and they have delivered on these expectations.  I can guarantee that as a company, ThrivePOP is constantly making improvements on their own, but they have done right by us.
