Created very efficient banners. - Reporting: he created a very accurate and helpful reporting method that help us monitoring the different aspect of our marketing assets. - Strategy: OutSmartLabs is helping us on the strategic side of the platform. They gave us incredible advice that is helping us moving forward with the project, giving us a tremendous marketing power in the Fantasy Sports industry.

The vision they have on our industry. Marketing is a central piece in Fantasy Sports (user acquisition) and they are very modern on the marketing approach. We have a very specific product and it is very challenging to target our consumers. They did a great job on the creative and marketing assets. They are thinking and brainstorming a lot before making any comment or suggestion, and we consider them as a part of our team. They see the potential very quickly and we really want to grow with them.

We have a monthly physical meeting with the persons they was working on my business. The rest of the time we exchange by email or by phone. They are fexible and profesional

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company knows what they are doing. They have been very helpful, professional and they don't impose anything they advise you and they give some ways of improvment. They proposed also advanced marketing tools. For some tools, they propose you new tools before anyone esle.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can be done faster but the quality takes times. I don't see any areas of improvement for the moment.

How did you select this vendor?

Outsmart Labs has been recommended to me by two different people, we wanted to test their service on a first campaign, then we decided to continue with a monthly mission for several clients.

They are in charge of providing the right content and the right information for our clients at a local level. While they provide this service at scale, the whole point is to ensure and optimize a local presence on every Local Search Engine available to increase the traffic in stores, retails, dealership and restaurants.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with their CEO to design the offer, then we have an account manager for each of our campaigns.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It varies on the verticals and the stores' footprint but all of our clients decided to continue the service after observing an increase of their traffic and satisfaction from their customers.
