WideWind provided a wide variety of services to Return Home. SEO , pay per click advertising, TV and radio ads, optimization, construction of a new website. They have essentially served as our outsourced marketing arm.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Organic traffic to our site has increased 10X. Branded image has been created and continually improved. Online sales funnels have been created and improved. Lead generation funnels have been built, delivering high numbers of high quality leads. Web site has been rebuilt, resulting in bounce rates of under 10%

Wide Wind has delivered on time, on budget, and are phenomenally attuned to our needs. Tully will meet whenever necessary, and will accommodate even the most short term, pressing assignment.

Services included website creation, SEO, brand development and review generation, systems development for HR, Project Management, and Legal Compliance.

Wide wind also constructed a custom management system through Monday.com to improve efficiency within the company and automate tasks. And has helped convert the company from an entirely referral based business to about 20% of revenue being developed from website leads in approximately 7 months, with that ratio expected to increase in the next year or so.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

20% of our revenue now comes from leads generated via our website. Where previously we were an entirely referral based business. We also now have a project management system that has increased efficiency to the point that my employees can now go home at a reasonable hour, rather than engage in time consuming work that could be automated.

Wide wind delivered every product on time, responded within about 6 hours no matter what (and usually within 1 hour). I was incredibly pleased with the regular status updates, as well as the finished products.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Wide wind is an incredibly customer centric business, operated by individuals who actually listen to what you say. In one meeting I briefly mentioned that I wanted to get more photos of finished work for my portfolio, a target that had not been discussed prior and was not the focus of the meeting.

Tully sent me a strategy a few days later for developing our system to naturally collect more photos of finished products, as well as retroactively communicate with clients to obtain past photos as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wide Wind could have done differently?

None, Wide Wind has been fantastic beyond all belief.
