They use Google and Facebook ads and a variety of sources. The team let us know what they’re spending on, why, and if a source performs well.

On keyword research, we scan together through all of our pages and metadata to ensure everything is up to date and the information is relevant to what we’re sharing.

We work with about six people from different parts of the team. Some work across SEO and SEM, and we have some Google My Business experts that make sure we stay ahead of the competition and our information is up to date. Also, we have a head account manager that meets with us to review all of the information.

When we started, conversions were our number one goal. We were spending a lot of money, but we didn’t realize where we were spending it. In that sense, sales leads have definitely improved. Moreover, we’ve bumped our lead numbers by seeing what works and doesn’t, including their services. For example, our closing percentages went from 7%–8% to roughly 40%–50%.

Every month, we look at these numbers and do a good scrub to ensure we’re not doubling any information. Overall, they do a great job. They’ve overcome challenges and have never backed down from one.

How did Click Here Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. They have a content calendar and different pages for us to see how much we’re spending, our performance, and what our competitors are doing. Also, there’s a timeline with links to what they’ve made, screenshots of the before and after, and relevant data on the information. We haven’t seen that with anyone else, making them stand out.

We have a review at the beginning, middle, and end of the month, so we hear from them about every ten days whether or not we reach out to them. We communicate via phone calls, emails, and video conference calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re available and up to date with our account. If we ask them a question about the direction they’re going towards or our performance, they know what’s going on. Click Here Digital continuously looks at our business and how it can improve.

Maybe they could add 1–2 people to our team.

Any vendor should set up content calendars and meetings beforehand and make it part of the schedule. You should never assume anything.

We have a good relationship. They’re open to new ideas and share best practices with us. Also, they’re great at pivoting when necessary to make sure we stay in front of our challenges.

We have monthly Zoom meetings to go over the previous month and discuss the metrics with the different parameters that we’ve set up. We see how we’re performing regarding traffic to our site and discuss the best practices or newest things other dealerships are doing to succeed. Then, we create a plan for what we’ll do the following month. Click Here Digital is always open to our input, and they understand if we’re not interested in pursuing their idea.

We text each other when necessary and use email and phone calls to communicate. Also, they come out at least every quarter since now it’s a bit harder to do in-person visits.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their service is outstanding. We can text them if we’re concerned about something. Moreover, they promptly execute precisely what we want every time we make a plan — we haven’t seen them drop the ball, which is rare for how long we’ve worked together.

I don’t think there’s anything at this point.

It’s just about communication. If we have ideas, we present them to Click Here Digital, and they let us know what they think about them. They do the same — if they have ideas on what we aren’t maximizing, they present them to us and show us how to integrate them into what we’re doing. We appreciate that two-way feedback.

We get a monthly statement showing all the results from advertising, and they go over it every month. Moreover, they’re willing to jump in and help; we can always send our questions to them and get their opinion. For example, two weeks ago, we asked them about something that had nothing to do with them — they looked through it, dug up some analytics, and gave us great feedback. It doesn’t matter what area it is as long as it’s for the sales department.

Project management is excellent. We do monthly meetings on Zoom, and they go through all the stats. We’re in constant contact; we email and call every couple of days. Also, they come into the dealership every 2–3 months, and they’re trying to come in more now that COVID-19 isn’t as bad.

They’re willing to help no matter what it is; they’d jump into a project even if they’re not getting paid. The team is also great at responding quickly. We can reach out to them and get a response back. Even if they can’t get to us that day, they give us a deadline.

We needed help with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Click Here Digital has helped me with everything related to my digital marketing, implementing best practices to improve my business. They’ve also been involved in making structural changes to my website for SEO purposes. Additionally, they take care of our data analytics, which includes providing us with reports and helping us navigate through that space. Essentially, ours is a turnkey project in which Click Here Digital provides us with every service we need for our digital efforts.

As for the structural changes on our site, Click Here Digital has set up call-to-actions and other features to improve our traffic. Additionally, they’ve created landing pages and made some UI design modifications, for which they’ve come up with all the ideas.

Regarding our SEO and PPC efforts, we’ve been working collaboratively on generating the visual and written content needed. Although another marketing agency is in charge of creating our visual content like images and videos, Click Here Digital uses that content and always consults with us before posting it or making changes. Still, they’re in charge of the keyword research involved.

Their PPC efforts are focused on creating ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. This part of the project includes pulling out data and cross-referencing it to improve our efforts. Recently, we started focusing on Instagram as well.

It is worth noting that the best practices that I mentioned earlier go beyond the digital space. Click Here Digital has been in the car business since they started, so they’ve also helped us implement best practices in our staffing efforts and provided us with training on handling phone calls.

Thanks to the success I had working with them, I brought them over to my new company. Originally, Click Here Digital was referred to me by the previous owners of Dave Smith Motors.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Click Here Digital has helped us increase our online traffic and overall online presence. For example, our impressions have increased from 50%–65% when people search for cars online. Additionally, when it comes to our ads appearing in search results, the impressions have increased by up to 85%.

Click Here Digital has also helped us increase our closing rate, and our bounce rate has dramatically dropped down. Furthermore, our SEO and PPC efforts have increased our site’s positioning — they’ve been doing a great job in that regard.

Overall, Click Here Digital has drastically improved our statistics, which has been incredible. They’re very invested in the development of our department, and their SEO expertise has been amazing.

How did Click Here Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Click Here Digital performs tremendously well. They understand our business very well, and they can adjust on the go, which is very important because our market can change within 24 hours. I’m very happy with how quickly they work. For example, if I call them right now to change something, I’ll be getting the changes and results I’m looking for as early as tomorrow.

Another thing we like about Click Here Digital is that they work very fluidly. If something needs a change, they don’t need a board meeting; they just make the changes. Still, we have weekly Zoom meetings with them every Thursday. Additionally, we communicate with our account manager via email every other day to exchange data and information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Click Here Digital’s ability to work fluidly and quickly is their strong point. Whenever we have to make changes to anything digitally, we have to send those changes over to Cadillac for approval. Click Here Digital works so quickly that the approval request is the longest part of the process. In addition to that, they’re constantly trying to learn more about our business so that they can stay current with the industry changes.

I’m very happy with everything we’ve gotten from Click Here Digital, so I don’t have any constructive feedback. Of course, I would like to get the same quality service at a lower price, but they’re worth the money.

Most marketing companies put focus on SEM and just plan on driving traffic. We wanted a company that would drive results.

Content is one of Google's main ranking factors, and without great content that properly matches the searcher's intent, we knew we would struggle to rank in top spots. Content goes way beyond just copywriting, and there needs to be a solid strategy in place. Before ever even signing an agreement, CHD came into my store and performed a process/people audit to make sure we were a good fit for each other.

We have communication with the team on a regular basis, at least once a week. But it is not limited to that, we can reach out and have a conversation whenever need been.

They strive to stay on the cutting edge in the digital space, bringing new ideas and avenues to us regularly.

None that I can think of at this time. With their consistent evolution they keep us up to speed.
