Formula Marketing handles our social media channels, public relations and email marketing for Farmer's Bottega. They also developed our website and do SEO for us. For our social media they create a content calendar for the month and they send it over to us to make changes or approve. They then go ahead and start scheduling post and stories for us. 

They will also come in for photoshoots as needed for social media content. A far as public relations, thanks to them we have been featured in many articles and we have been on the news. They also handle our email marketing. They design and send out emails for us on any news or specials coming up. Lastly, they do also write blog post for us every month and publish them on our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to their website they developed for us, SEO, social media, PR, and email marketing, Farmer's Bottega is doing well. It's constantly busy. I knew my business would do great if I worked with them. They have a lot of experience when it comes to restaurant marketing. My website traffic is up, my reservations are up and in general sales have increased since working with them.

Sara and her team have always delivered items on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I find most impressive about this company is how knowledgeable they are about marketing considering how young a lot of the team is. I would say they are early to late 20's. I guess this is great because since they are so young they come up with the best ideas. They are the sweetest people and very easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Formula Marketing could have done differently?

We are a new Italian Restaurant in San Diego. Formula Marketing developed our website. They created a beautiful site that was exactly the way we envisioned it. They also do our PR, social media and email marketing.

Our restaurant has been a huge success since opening. Thanks to Sara and her teams efforts we have customers booking with us. Our site has also been a huge success. We are getting traffic. Our social media channels have also been able to grow thanks to the social media team at Formula. We also were able to be featured in many articles thanks to Sara which helped us spread the word out about our business.

They always get things done when they say they will. Their work is always very well done. They are also very responsive when we contact them. They set up a Whats App chat with us with Sara and her team on it which is perfect. We get to communicate and everyone gets all the information. They are very organized.

Like previously mentioned, they are very organized. They're very knowledgeable and have years of experience, so you can trust they know precisely what they're doing. They will definitely make sure your business is successful. Great company with great people.

We worked with Formula Marketing for our social media marketing and email marketing. They send out one monthly newsletter each month. We also worked with them for a new and improved website. Sara and her team did an amazing job!

The site they built for us has improved our traffic and helped us retain them better. It's visually more appealing and easy to navigate. Our social media also improved before we worked with them. Our followers and engagement increased. As for email marketing, we have seen more orders come in which is amazing!

They most definitely deliver items on time. When they say things will get done by a certain day rest assured it will be done that day. Also, whenever I contact Sara or her team, they are very quick to respond.

Key deliverables included a brand interview to get to know my business first. Then they started working on developing my website for the restaurant. They also started setting up my social media and my Google listings, Bing listing, Apple Maps etc. They then showed me the finished website for me to make comments on and approve. From there it was launched. They started posting heavily on social media and after collecting emails from customers they started email marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was super well done. It was easy to navigate and find information on. My business is doing well and receiving customers thanks to their marketing. Their social media marketing is also great. People come in saying they found out about my restaurant on social media. That is great to hear. For emails they send out any restaurant specials or news and people come in thanks to that too.

They do deliver items on time. Whenever they gave us a timeline for when things will get done, rest assured things were done when they originally said. This is exactly what I want and I'm happy to be working with them.

The employees at Formula Marketing are really kind and hardworking people. They are always willing to work on things I ask if they could do. The quality of their work is fantastic.
