For what projects/services did your company hire Notable Growth, and what were your goals?

Figuring out a way to maximize our CRM efforts and use Braze to the best of our ability. We needed a partner, like Notable, who can help us shape our CRM strategy and create meaningful communication between Birchbox and customers.

First, we aligned on a game plan and gave them access to all our information and data. From there we started to understand the gaps that we had in communication and quickly found wins in creating segmented sends. What started out as a 4-month partnership has turned into a year-long (and ongoing) relationship with a team that provides value in ways we never thought was possible.

We work with a dedicated team that is made up of their Founder, Director of Growth Servies, Senior Growth Marketing Manager, and Associate Growth Manager. We have full access to their team.

We increased beauty conversion rates by +25% and had double to tiple digit growth in open rates - we saw quick wins that continue to pay off.
