Outsmart Labs created an "Activators in Residence" campaign that will bring engaging residents into the building to activate spaces like our exhibition kitchen, makerspace, podcast studio, and more. As part of this campaign, they are creating our website, sourcing influencers to live in our buildings and managing them, running our paid digital media efforts, building our organic and paid social media strategy, and creating content such as blogs and videos.

I've worked with many of the subject matter experts on the team. The project has been assigned one team lead who is super communicative and organized.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were still in the middle of the campaign, but so far, we've been very impressed by the team's work. They've identified 5 influencers who want to partner with us and are working on more. They've created a very cool content video for us, and are developing what will surely be a beautiful and highly functional website for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Weekly meetings have helped us stay on course. The team has been very communicative and receptive to feedback. They've also been very flexible as our constructions schedules have continued to shift.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have done a fabulous job of digging in and becoming an extension of our brand. They also took a very complex campaign and broke it into understandable deliverables. So far, they are delivering on their promises. Everyone we've worked with at Outsmart Labs has been very sharp in their various areas of discipline and we feel like we are dealing with experts.

Nothing that I've observed yet.

They were a referral given to us by someone we trusted and have worked with in the past. They attested to the agency's talent and success, which ultimately led us to choosing them for services.

They first reviewed our current campaign strategies and success rates (open rates, reach, general digital structure, etc) and then dove into weak areas in our current strategy that we could improve quickly. After that, their team assessed quality of content with our brand message and overall goal and created a detailed strategy on how to target content and generate more traction online.

At the tail-end of the strategy discussions, they prepared a plan for ongoing management of our campaigns and messages along with suggestions on what to employ during holiday or peak-activity seasons for our business.

They were all hands on deck! We received a lead point of contact, along with contacts for general staff members working on our project. All members were very hands on and had input on what was provided to us (as well as input during meetings). It felt like there was a whole team there to help us. We had contacts from a Manager down to a general agency staff contact who were dependable with providing clear and honest updates on work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Conversion rates almost doubled from where we started and clients that received online campaigns and other content from our company have complimented the quality and creativity.

It was very clear, honest, and concise. I appreciated their communication style, as they always went out of their way to make sure things were communicated and understood before taking any final actions.

Their approach to work and attention to detail. The entire staff seemed to be very proud of their work and took the project seriously. They also backed up their work with examples and clear reasons for decisions.

We wanted to create an interoperable metaverse, conceptualized as the paradise of all the metaverses, and launched it during Art Basel Miami. Our goals was to create a VR and AR experience for our customers around an ephemeral exhibition curated in the design district of Miami.

We were looking for a 360 agency with an international touch and an expertise on art, tech and luxury capable of delivering a full PR activation around Art Basel Miami with a mastery on the fields of nfts and metaverses.

They created a website with AR technology integrated to display our 3d nfts from any devices, developed with unreal engine a tailor made metaverse where one could fly and discover our creations in a sky like paradise with a VR headset.

David Azar the CEO was our main contact. 4 unreal engine devs were working on the metaverse and 2 web designers on the AR website, along side of Outsmart Labs PR team to curate the activation for the launch during Art Basel.

As a result, we have sold out our nfts collections. Our customers were delighted by the experience. The launch was a huge success, being the highlight of the final panel of the biggest nft conference at the ftx arena on the topic of building a world of infinite possibilities.

Outcomes were better than expected, not something we as manufacturer have been used to leverage and true positive experience. Outsmart Labs has been is continue to be our digital partner to help our company to transform toward for digitalization.

Before starting, we aligned with Outsmart Labs content/governance and project team. Once clear all went smoothly and regular checkpoint meeting helped us to be very agile and keep high level of efficiency

We needed our digital marketing efforts from A-Z and OSL was the best fit for what we were looking for which was build our brand awareness, create our website from scratch, build our social media and social platforms as well as other additional services.

From the first initial call, the professionalism David (the owner) showed me, his knowledge and great attitude I knew it was going to be a great fit for us. From there his actual presentation on his services and his plan for the next months to come and how he could help build our brand, we knew we had to hire him and make the right choice.

I did a lot of research and interviewed dozens of marketing companies before finding OSL. They all pretty much explained the same thing but what OSL brought to the table was creativity, knowledge and professionalism since the very first initial call with David (CEO). From there we went through a few steps in speaking with David and building the right plan for our brand, our account manager & every single person from every department - we have weekly calls with updates and plans for what’s currently happening & the plans for the next weeks to come.

We have an entire team behind working on our brand, from social media content team, photographers, researchers, writers, etc. They all have been exceptional in delivering high end results.

We have a whole team behind, from our account manager, photographers, social media content, digital marketing specialist, web developers, blog researchers and writers.

We have grown our social media platforms a significant amount since we started working with OSL. We had over 100 facebook leads in less than two months, e-mail marketing has also had a significant reply-rate. Overall we have seen the growth in all the marketing efforts presented so far.

We have photoshoots every month and weekly zoom meetings with the team members that take part of our account and we are pleased with the amazing team OSL has brought to our account. They are all very talented and creative.

They are a 1-stop service shop. They bring fun into the work, which makes the process a little easier yet still professional and efficient.

The platform is essentially an electronic exchange in which users can trade their favorite players’ and teams’ stocks in real time, much like the NASDAQ. Tradefan brings a twist to your everyday Fantasy Sports by including real time trades, making our game extremely sticky (see the metrics attached). The objective is to acquire players through different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google...) and influencers campaigns. They are helping us to gather key marketing metrics. They are also lowering the acquisition costs, helping us scaling our products. Also, they are working on the legal side by unblocking the different legal advertising barriers that Facebook puts.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to lower the acquisition costs by exploring different marketing avenues. We will then increase our budget and OutSmartLabs will manage our marketing budget on a large scale.

David, OutSmartLabs's CEO, did a great job by helping us through the different marketing steps that we made with TradeFan since 2016. He also did a great job with the Race movie that used OutSmartLabs for the marketing aspect.

- Acquisition: used Facebook and Influencer marketing to acquire players for the platform. Created very efficient banners. - Reporting: he created a very accurate and helpful reporting method that help us monitoring the different aspect of our marketing assets. - Strategy: OutSmartLabs is helping us on the strategic side of the platform. They gave us incredible advice that is helping us moving forward with the project, giving us a tremendous marketing power in the Fantasy Sports industry.

2 people are involved in the process. David, the CEO, is here to give an overview and great advices on the different aspects of our business. He is also monitoring marketing budgets and strategies on a daily basis to keep improving our metrics. Rachel gives us amazing reports that definitely give us the right direction to follow

We have a very low acquisition cost ($5) and our CPC and CPR are incredibly low.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. The team is very responsive (less than 1h) and helpful. We used emails, texts and they gave us access to all the metrics that we need to improve our game.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The vision they have on our industry. Marketing is a central piece in Fantasy Sports (user acquisition) and they are very modern on the marketing approach. We have a very specific product and it is very challenging to target our consumers. They did a great job on the creative and marketing assets. They are thinking and brainstorming a lot before making any comment or suggestion, and we consider them as a part of our team. They see the potential very quickly and we really want to grow with them.

No. We worked with many marketing agency and it's by far the most efficient one.
