We reached out to Rampiq when searching to augment our advertising team before the Black Friday. We needed a partner who would quickly pick up the campaigns we already had and launch the planned seasonal promotions. Rampiq learned fast and did a good job, and thanks to that, the change of the Google Ads account manager right in our highest and most important season didn’t affect the account. 
The next goal for our partnership with Rampiq was to optimize the advertising spend by switching the focus in paid ads to new customers vs returning, which helped us improve the overall ROI without affecting LTV. Rampiq also helped us grow the top of the funnel traffic by launching new campaigns. Throughout this time, Rampiq was providing us with weekly and monthly performance reports and adjusting the daily spend in accordance with MER fluctuations.

The Rampiq team provided comprehensive recommendations for technical search engine optimization of the website. They went the extra mile and customized their recommendations to our website CMS so that our team would know exactly how to implement them. Our manager walked me through these recommendations on a call and dived into detailed explanations whenever I asked her to.

Then, Rampiq worked on keyword research, which they started by interviewing us about the niche and our product. They explained how to add the keywords on our site, and even though we just started with the implementation, we can already see the results - our site is showing up on Google for our target non-brand keywords.

We were launching a new website and wanted to kickstart it with better online visibility. For this purpose we required in-depth competitors’ analysis as well as SEO strategic planning. It would help us plan blog content production since we have a lot of articles and knowledge we want to share with the clients and community. Another service is improvement of our online profile with industry-related directories. What is more, we required tools to monitor our month-over-month SEO progress.

The same relates to things in the background - search optimization and competitors’ research have to be advanced and thorough. Our initial scope included SEO competitors backlinks and SEO activity analysis, plus keyword research to help boost website positions with most-relevant search terms.

What is great, these insights were wrapped up in a PowerBI report - which is very informative and easy to navigate. After the new site was launched Rampiq arranged a SEO migration check and facilitated the development of our website content and technical optimization plan. As of now, on an ongoing basis we work with them on link building activities and performance analysis to track and expedite the site growth.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are improving our online visibility on the month-over-month basis. In October we got 85% growth in US impressions and also have stable monthly growth in new users. The organic keywords count has been growing too with the latest monthly increment being nearly 20%. We now fully cover our content production in-house based on the guidelines established with Rampiq. The website is optimized in terms of technical SEO and they helped us complete the instruction checklist required for this achievement.
