4.0 Sep 26, 2024Mercatus was very responsive and answered questions quickly whenever we had a problem. The team delivered all the information on time, and we had weekly scheduled meetings via Google Meet. Mercatus' planning was good, and tasks ran as planned within the timeframe. We shared documents in a Google Drive folder, and I updated the lead list weekly. The team kept a detailed follow-up of the leads they contacted on Google Sheets. The lady who did the cold calls was very coherent and detailed. All the information she provided and the way she structured data was very helpful.
