GDV is a marketing and advertising company that focuses on building your brand whether it's an individual or corporate. I am a Managing Director in GDV and I handle part of the business development specifically in the management of the Madison Rose Models. Madison Rose is our client and we handle the social media of their models located in various parts of the globe.

We hired Tru29 Solutions to handle the Social Media Management/Marketing for the models of our client Madison Rose Modelling Agency.
What were your goals for this project?
To drive traffic and establish a following for the Madison Rose Models.

How did you select Tru29 Solutions Inc.?
They were honest, trustworthy (we need to ensure we find a good BPO that values the confidentiality of the personal information of our models) so we looked heavily into their data privacy policies, process, and even their infrastructure/systems/software.
Pricing was not a huge issue for us as we were prepared to pay more however Tru29 gave us an excellent deal which is lower than the cost we expected so it's a big plus in considering their services compared to the others.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The scope of their work spans from onboarding a new model (currently they handle 27 models for us), setting up their social media profiles on various social media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), content creation, management of social media posts, photo editing, video editing, answering the messages that come through those social media profiles in behalf the models, and anything else related.
What was the team composition?
An operations manager, a social media specialist for every 4 models (this handles the content creation, posts, coordination with models regarding their photoshoots, etc.), a social media engagement staff for every 4 models (handles the messages.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have a lot of models that we've given to Tru29 to handle. A total of 27 as of the moment.
One of the models I guess would be a great example is Alexa Maine. She never had any social media accounts and used to do small modelling jobs every now and then. Tru29 created her social media account in Instagram for example started from 0 followers and has grown to 100+ within just two weeks. These followers are all real people compared to those others that show a considerable number of followers but are fake accounts.
Due to such, the model has been approached by various companies to become their brand ambassador/product endorser.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very easy. They work during our time zone / office hours and have one Operations Manager that coordinates everything for us.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their resilience and trustworthiness. They are not perfect but they always endeavor to improve and fix any issues we encounter.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There will always be in any organization or process if you ask me. But one thing I like is I don't need to pinpoint these areas to them as they find them and report back with suggested/recommended resolutions.
