The project launch started not as fast because of the challenges with research. Even though at the beginning of the outreach the number of emails sent was small, we received form SalesAR team a lot of interested replies. In the first 3 weeks, they sent less than 1000 email but get around 13 calls.

Despite all the difficulties and delays, the SalesAR team managed to provide the desired outcomes and even surpassed us expectations by arranging more than 40 calls in the first month.

Our workflow was on point. We had informative and clear calls to be involved in all processes. Also, we had communication via Telegramm channel to clarify and discuss details.

The project was quickly launched and during the first week of the outreach 379 emails were sent and SalesAR team forfard to us more than 10 interested responses. Reply rates were high till the very last email and prospects' interest kept growing each and every day. The following factors led to such outstanding outcomes: quality database, appealing content and mailboxes that were correctly warmed-up before the email marketing campaign launch.

We has been working with SalesAR for a year. In our highly competitive industry, which is IT technologies and services, it is rather difficult to run effective email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to find interested prospects and arrange meetings with them.

Our workflow was smooth and pleasant. It is also easy for me to track the progress of the campaigns due to the weekly and monthly reports the team sends me. Once we see that something misses and/or negatively affects the results, we get in touch and discuss the aspects that are better to be changed to improve the outcomes.

The most impressive thing about SalesAR is that they're super flexible and well oriented in our field. Also, we could follow each step of processes execution through reports and weekly meetings

After filling out the ICP, we were offered very favorable conditions and prices for cooperation and we decided to take a chance. The risk was justified by more than 200%! For 3 months of our cooperation, more than 90 meetings were held and about 30 more companies are interested in cooperation with us. Did we expect such a response? Not at all! Therefore, we are ready to cooperate further!

We started with a thousand emails a month and we’re now sending three thousand.  I’m very happy with their work. They always ask for feedback and adapt their way of working to improve.
