I’m the head of business development for an IT company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with SalesAR?

We hired SalesAR to provide lead generation services.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with an account manager from their team.

How did you come to work with SalesAR?

I had trial projects with different companies to find the one that provided the best results.
Since SalesAR wasn’t the cheapest option, I chose another company at first. However, I wasn’t completely satisfied with their services. I decided to give SalesAR another try, and the results were much better. That’s why I decided to stick with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $23,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in February 2021, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results have been so good that we’ve decided to expand our collaboration with them. We started with a thousand emails a month and we’re now sending three thousand.  I’m very happy with their work. They always ask for feedback and adapt their way of working to improve. For these kinds of projects, it’s always a trial and error process. They do this very quickly, thus the good results.

How did SalesAR perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at their project management. They have a monthly milestone in terms of the number of clients, and they always complete it successfully and sometimes earlier than promised.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that they’re direct and honest. They also have great availability and good communications.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them constant feedback. They’re very flexible, but they need constant feedback to provide their services in the best way possible.
