We hired SalesAR to support our outbound growth efforts across MENA, Europe, and North America. Our primary goal was to generate high-quality meetings with product and innovation leaders - specifically those who were actively building out AI features, scaling user bases, or struggling with bilingual UX challenges in Arabic and English. SalesAR took full ownership of the outreach process - from research and ICP validation to crafting messaging and booking appointments. They created several persona-driven campaign tracks. Their team prepared outreach copy, sourced and qualified leads, managed email and LinkedIn outreach, and provided us with regular reports on replies, opens, and booked meetings. The process was clean, efficient, and well-aligned with how we work internally.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We booked over 10 strong meetings with companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Canada, and Qatar. These included leaders in financial services, SaaS platforms, telecom, and healthcare - exactly the verticals we care about.

The conversations were high-quality. We weren’t just speaking to “someone in marketing” - these were typically with CDOs, Heads of Product, Innovation VPs, and occasionally founders. A few opportunities have already moved into advanced conversations, and others are being nurtured by our internal team now.

Yes - every step of the process was well-managed. SalesAR was communicative, open to feedback, and extremely responsive. They adapted quickly when we asked for tweaks (whether in messaging tone, target segments, or priority countries), and they kept us informed throughout with a clear pipeline view.

We had a weekly sync, but even outside of that, their team was proactive - often flagging prospects they felt were especially interesting and recommending shifts in strategy based on reply quality and conversion rate.

Their ability to write non-generic, relevant outreach that reflected our actual tone and story. So many lead gen providers blast template emails; this wasn’t that.

They took our case studies (Cashee, Swan, Azercell, Lumiere) and made them work across different verticals - always tying them back to what that specific prospect might be dealing with. We also appreciated how they handled messaging around Arabic/English UX - a topic that’s easy to oversimplify but critical in MENA markets.

They respected our brand and actually elevated how we were showing up in the inbox.

While we had quite a few clients that appeared to have a strong interest.  Majoirty of them ghosted us when it came time to review and sign a SOW.  We have two potentials that may sign with us, but we won't know for at least a few weeks.

We had sync up calls every other month, to ensure they were on point and if we needed any changes to the outreach, both target customers and content, they would make those changes immediately and hit the ground running with the new directives.
