We had a simple approach to the project, two weekly 5-10 minutes meetings, a Trello board and a group on Telegram for urgent questions. The approach was perfect for a project of this size and Leobit was very flexible regarding meeting times and very fast in responding to feedback, tasks and bug reports that I added to the Trello board. We had an apparent and straightforward communication path between myself and the developer. The project manager was more a controller/organizer and that worked perfectly.

Designers create and share mock-ups via Zeplin and InVision. They’re well-organized, almost too organized for us at times. The team adheres to processes and answers all of our questions.
