Our Google search was optimized once they stepped in. They understood the value of SEO within the whole development phase. Their content writers were keen to have an SEO-friendly website. Their team helped us see the digital world, which was really good for us.

They fully adhered to the project timelines, and we had no issues with that. In fact, they actively pushed us to complete the project as early as possible, ensuring they gathered proper feedback from us. We also really valued the way they integrated their team with ours. Even if we had negative feedback, it was taken into consideration. They followed an agile process, with the team shifting as needed. They worked on Jira. We mostly communicated in person because we had a representative, but we also use email and Slack.

The project manager is someone we're very close to, as he's our main point of contact. He bridges the communication with the team and helps us navigate feedback and processes. Overall, we have a great working relationship with him.

Their use of agile processes was impressive. TechGropse's approach was highly adaptable and responsive to change, which was exactly what we were looking for.

They could have been better with communication. While it's subjective, we wanted more attention to detail on our project. It was there to some extent, but a deeper focus would have been ideal.

I would advise potential clients to be open about their needs and long-term vision, as technology is constantly evolving. It's important for TechGropse to fully understand what clients want. Communication is a two-way street—if clients don’t communicate clearly, TechGropse won’t be able to understand their needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially had a call with Techgropse’s salesperson and then got connected with their business analyst. We provided them with a basic outline of our requirements, and they came back to us with a proposal describing how the user flows and journeys worked and how we could improve the UX in terms of features. After we signed the proposal, we started the wireframing process, during which they provided us with a basic sketch of the website. Once we confirmed it, they initiated the design process. After we finalized the designs, we moved on to the development phase. This phase took about 3–4 months and included bug fixing and resolving any issues we raised. Once everything was sorted, we launched the website. They built the site using the MERN stack.

Techgropse currently provides us with maintenance and technical support, which will last until January 2025.
