Then, they went through multiple phases of the project. They started with the discovery phase, where they gave me wireframes and designs.

One core functionality of the software is that it allows our clients to complete the onboarding of their employees. It also enables them to monitor their employees’ leave, attendance, birthdays, KPIs, and KRAs on a single platform.
At present, Techgropse offers hosting and maintenance services. They maintain the hosting and servers that I have purchased from Amazon and GoDaddy.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the VP of an IT company that specializes in software testing, crypto, and cybersecurity. We test the threats and security of different websites, applications, platforms, and tools for various clients, including small firms and government agencies.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Techgropse?
We hired Techgropse to build a custom website and a tool to automate our testing cycles. We run multiple software testing scenarios on different tools, but refer to certain common sets. So, we needed a custom tool that could be modified according to our and our client's requirements.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Techgropse has designed and built a custom tool and a website for us from scratch. Initially, I gave them certain documents about our business and the activities and processes we follow. Based on that, they came up with a gap analysis and a set of questionnaires.
Eventually, they prepared the wireframes and designs, which we finalized after a long discovery phase, and we provided feedback on those deliverables. After that, Techgropse initiated the development of the website.
So far, the team has used Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. The tool needs to allow our clients to enter the details of their website, project, or software. Then, our system tests it, including the APIs, security, accessibility, and more.
Techgropse has also offered maintenance services for a year. We host the tool on AWS, and they maintain it.
What is the team composition?
Since this is a big project, we work with 15–20 people from Techgropse. We have a business analysis team, a design team, a development team, a testing team, a project management team, and a DevOps team. I know the leaders of those teams, but not everyone. Vibhu is our project manager.
How did you come to work with Techgropse?
I found Techgropse through a referral. One of my friends had worked with them and recommended them to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent $75,000–$80,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2024, and the core development was completed in February 2025. However, since we are in the maintenance phase, we have an ongoing contract.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I'm really happy about the project's process. Techgropse has developed the website in 3–4 milestones. Moreover, our internal team uses the tool, and as a result, the performance and efficiency of our employees have increased.
We can see a drastic change in efficiency, around 70% in terms of turnaround time. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the results.
How did Techgropse perform from a project management standpoint?
They have met all the deadlines in terms of cost and delivery dates. Our go-live date was planned for March 2025, but Techgropse has completed the project earlier than expected, which has surprised us.
We store the code on GitHub, and I get updates on Jira. In fact, everything is tracked through Jira. I also receive daily project updates on task completion via email. We also have weekly meetings using Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I really like Techgropse's commitment to their work, the quality of their deliverables, and how the team manages everything. As a technical person, I've learned from them and tried to get lessons from Techgropse to teach my internal team.

They are quite costly. Apart from that, everything has been great, and I've enjoyed working with them.

I'm a student mentor at Shubhra Ranjan IAS, and my responsibilities are connecting with the students, gathering their problems, providing solutions, and clarifying their doubts if they have any specific doubts about any exam or paper.
We’re a tech company specializing in building in-house courses. We provide guidance and study materials for students in India who are preparing for the UPSC exam.
We have two business models: we connect with different institutions and sell our courses to them, and we also sell our courses directly to students.

We needed help developing a mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Techgropse developed our mobile app. We started by describing our idea to their business analyst team, who prepared a proposal for us. After we reviewed the proposal with the management team, our CEO, and our CTO, we confirmed that our requirements were good, signed a contract with Techgropse, and initiated the kickoff payment.
After that, they assigned a team of designers to design the app. The design process ensured that the stakeholders were on the same page as the development team and that everything was captured. Once everything was confirmed, the development team started building the app.
They built the app using React Native and Node.js for the backend. The team conducted testing, and we deployed the app on the Play Store and App Store in February 2025. We're currently in the maintenance and support phase.
We're also discussing SEO and ASO services with their sales team.
