Everything has gone well with KeyToTech; in fact, we’re thinking about hiring more personnel from them.
We had a lot of features that we entered into our iOS and Android app and that KeyToTech implemented successfully. They partially did some pieces of work and fully completed others.
We’re satisfied with their performance. They’re pretty clear, and we can see their dedication. They try to get to the bottom of each task to understand exactly what we want from them and how to perform it in the best way possible.
How did KeyToTech perform from a project management standpoint?
Our team handles project management. I speak with KeyToTech’s developers on a daily basis. We talk about the tasks and how we should move forward with the tasks. I speak with the CEO depending on the need. It could go a month without me talking with him, but it could also be a period of time I speak with him weekly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
KeyToTech’s resources are dedicated—they care about the project and put their heart into it. They work very hard and are professional.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When I’m looking to hire more of KeyToTech’s staff, I often have to ask about the status of available developers in the company. If they could be more transparent about those processes, it’d be easier for me to make those decisions.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be sure the communication between you and the hired developers is smooth and that everyone is understanding each other. Aside from that, go for it—we’re having a great experience with KeyToTech.
