We hired Impressit to create a prototype of our virtual business change manager tool Simplify IT.

Create a prototype we could demonstrate to interested parties.
How did you select this vendor?
We reviewed the market, spoke to contacts and used a detailed comparison matrix to select the best fit for us.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Simplify IT was a detailed web prototype covering all core screens in our envisioned product. ImpressIT helped us design and the screens following detailed workshops and then develop them to an excellent UI standard.
What was the team composition?
The project was myself, the product owner, Nicola Graham the business sponsor, a project manager, a developer and a designer on ImpressIt's side.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We successfully demoed the prototype to a number of parties, receiving valuable feedback which allowed us to move forward with the next phase of hour product, creating an MVP.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was via weekly standups and it was effective in quickly resolving issues as they occured. Giving me steady feedback as to progress which I could then pass on to stakeholders.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Roman and his team were extremely friendly, and flexible. They understand our needs quickly and are a delight to work with. That coupled with their teams excellent IT skills meant i've used them in subsequent projects which have also worked well.

We’re a leading international real estate consultancy. We work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders, across both private and public sectors, to help them get more out of their real estate, at every stage of the property life cycle.
For what projects/services did your company hire Impressit?
We’ve commissioned Impressit to create a simple but entertaining online word search quiz. This online game was supposed to be tailored specifically for iPads and used as a part of brand promotion campaign at a real estate conference.
What were your goals for this project?
Timing and quality were the most important aspects of this project. Since the online game should have been delivered ahead of the conference so that our team could test it and get familiar with it. In addition, the quality of the game should have been at the highest level to resemble our brand’s prestige.
How did you select this vendor?
We have worked with Impressit several times now. We are always happy with their result so didn’t hesitate to give this project to them either.

We have provided the designs of the online game to Impressit team. From that stage, they were completely responsible for designing the optimal technical solution, converting design files into fully functional interactive interfaces and making adjustments according to our feedback.
What was the team composition?
The project team consisted mainly of 3 members: Solution Architect who was responsible for finding the optimal stack of technologies and tools to use for our unique needs, a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who was doing all the coding work and a Project Manager who was our single point of contact and provided a seamless customer experience to us.

The animated online game which Impressit team has delivered on time for the real estate conference that our company has been attending helped our brand to stand out from the competition and engage with our target audience deeper. This has definitely helped our sales team to generate more business opportunities.

The project management process was smooth and very clear to us. We were receiving regular updates and timely responses to our requests.

Impressit team is exceptionally good at communicating complex technical challenges in ways we can easily understand.

No, not at the moment. Everything is being done as expected and delivered on time.
