For instance, if a celebrity cannot attend a show due to unforeseen circumstances, the show’s organizer needs to replace the person and run different ad campaigns. We may know three weeks or just twenty minutes in advance. Search & Gather has been super flexible and makes these changes quickly, which isn’t something we’ve been able to find anywhere else.

That wasn’t the case here. We also had weekly updates with them as a matter of routine, mostly via Skype. William is very hands-on, and is determined to keep up with things, with full transparency. I sometimes spoke more with him than I did with my own employees.
