They've been great. They’re always pretty fast at getting back to us. For example, there was a social media post that went out that I didn’t like. Since it’s a niche market, we want to make sure we’re hitting the pain points of our customers and really speaking to them. Therefore, I asked them if it was possible that I approved the social media posts, and they agreed. Now, they send everything over to us so I can approve it and get back to them. In that sense, they’ve been great at making adjustments for us. Also, they’re very communicative as a team. If we need to talk to them, they always meet with us within a few days. They’re very responsive via email, and they send us reports every month.

Nick, who is the leader in the company, has a good eye for design. Also, his communication skills are excellent. I've worked with some design firms in the past, and I know that a lot of times communication hasn't really been the forte, but I believe that is one of Nick's strengths. Overall, the website has been able to produce results that have really been a significant part of my client success, in terms of recruiting and attracting the right people to apply to the company. A lot of the clients that we work with are direct sales and marketing companies where recruiting is a big aspect, so having the website designed really gave them an advantage over competitors who really didn't have much of an online presence.
