I have been dealing with online marketer and SEO provider. I find Beanstalk-growth understand our need as small local company with limited budget. They meticulously put effort into pinpointing our needs and diligently work on them for a reasonable fee.

Other provider is either cookie-cutter marketer that is economic but didn't make enough effort to understand our exact need, or over-price that we have to stop the contract.

The team has been great to work with. Everyone is quick to communicate and they are always willing to meet and discuss project updates. They included me in every step of the project and were very receptive to implementing the ideas and feedback I provided along the way.

I was pushing for a very ambitious lauch date for the new web site and we missed the date by a month or so. However, Beanstalk rectified the situation by providing a credit for advertising as well as a credit for our rebrand. All in all, I consider the project a great success.

2. Easy to Use: We made sure the website is easy to use. You can find what you want quickly, like the prices or what services we offer. It works well on phones too. 
3. Encouraged Booking and Shopping: We added many calls to action that say "Book Now" or "View Products", “Shop Now” and “Shop Giftcards” in many places. These buttons make it easy for you to book an appointment or buy products from us online. 
4. Added Online Store: You can now buy products from our salon on our website. It's convenient for our customers, and it helps us sell more products. 
5. Built Trust: We showed pictures of people who got spray tans from us, and they loved it. We also highlighted our social media and shared what others say about us. This helps you trust us and know we're good at what we do.

They even wrote some articles for our website to make it more engaging and get more people interested. This made our website not only look nicer but also helped more people find us online which increased our calls and bookings.

TNA Concrete has seen significant improvements in our online presence thanks to our partnership with Beanstalk. Initially, we only ranked for less than 50 keywords, but now we're showing up for more than 650 keywords. This boost in visibility has led to increased website traffic, more inquiries through our contact forms, and a higher volume of phone calls. 

We highly value Beanstalk's recommendations as they have consistently guided us in the right direction. Also, the blogs stand out as some of the most-clicked content on our website, according to Google reports. Additionally, Beanstalk's monthly reports demonstrate that our selected keywords consistently secure spots on the top two pages of Google's search results. 

This has translated into substantial organic growth in our monthly website traffic, which has grown from less than 100 visits per month to over 500. We couldn't always get back to them with approvals but we now allow them to auto-approve things as we feel confident that the services they provide for us are working.

It did take some time to understand how we wanted our content to come across to our customers but now they have it right. I think providing better prices for smaller companies could be something to explore for Beanstalk, as cost and price are always a deciding factor, but we're aware of how pricey marketing can get, especially in our highly competitive industry. If you are getting the results, then the price seems less important and Beanstalk has done a great job with us!

They took over my Google account, did an audit and then, after approval, completely redid my campaign. They drove high quality and large amounts of traffic to my site through Google and set up a solid re-marketing campaign through social media platforms.

Depending on the season, they took our Google ads from 5x Roas to 20-30x Roas. As far as Revenue goes, it took us from 1 million a year to 3 million a year in sales. The results have been insane.

Most Impressive and unique: The entire team from sales to project manager to the accounting staff work cohesively energeticaly and with full transperancy.  I could talk to any of them, and they knew at what stage the project was and the expected timeline which was met.  It was like working with a group of profession friends that seemed to care.  The team work is what i also find unique.  I have worked with other companies on other projectes and the line of communication was disconnected, which meant I had to make several calls or emails to get a simple answer.

Once I reviewed their other sites they were by far the most reasonable price for the outstanding quality.

The only glitch was an AI recorded phone call.

I think the client should be told that AI is recording the call so only discuss the essentials.  It did throw a hicup into the project and took it in a different direction than intended.  BUT this was quickly rectified.

AI is definately a huge asset and is our future, but their AI system needed a little fine tuning at the time.

Our website has more traffic, it looks professional and gets our business offerings out there. Also, they have in partnership with SimplifyNow got us approved for the CDAP program, and now we are just waiting on the BDC for the grant.

Theywere well organized, and the adoption plan they created were done in a timely manner. When the government wanted more information or clarity, they were there to immediately address it and the changes were done within a week. They were always there to check up on the progress and if we needed assistance.
