During our first year in operation, we cut that down by 50% and got into the black by the third year of operation. They have been phenomenal and they have been there from day one. During the main programming phase, we had weekly sprint productivity meetings, where we were involved, and they were accountable. We had a call every Wednesday where we discussed what was done from the prior week. We talked about some of the problems that were encountered, how we were going to solve certain issues, or if there was a business question that needed to be clarified. We managed the project, so it was a matter of them becoming our team, with their resources integrated into it. They were definitely team players and they did exactly what was needed. The small amount of project management required on their side was done very well by Eric. We were in touch on a daily basis: whenever we needed him, and he was there to help and support, although we have some time and geographical differences. They were available, responsive, and very collaborative. We used Google Hangouts for daily discussions, during which we made sure that we were on track.

We're often up against tight deadlines. They deal with that in a really professional way, working hard to help us to meet them. They’re very collaborative and flexible in terms of allowing us to move in whatever directions we need, taking different approaches and even using internal resources if we so choose.
