Project management from Arbisoft is excellent. We primarily communicate through the assigned project lead Namra, who is very responsive and highly competent. If she is unavailable for any reason, she always ensures somebody else is available to lead the project.

Attention to detail, and the fact that we don't have to worry about any staffing issues ourselves.

The project involved the design, creation, and execution of the entire learning platform.

What was the team composition?

The number of their resources varies from a few engineers to over a dozen at times.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

I couldn't be more pleased with the Arbisoft team. Their engineering product is top notch, as is their client relations and account management. From the beginning, they felt like members of our own team—true partners rather than vendors.

I’m constantly impressed with the velocity of their work, as well as the flexibility of their team to accommodate my organization's continually shifting priorities and initiatives. They have been an invaluable partner in our efforts to build a proprietary learning platform, and hundreds of thousands of learners have benefitted as a result.

What were your goals for this project?

Arbisoft built a continuous feedback engine that provides learning insights and facilitates talent development, engagement, and productivity.

How did you select this vendor?

Two colleagues recommended Arbisoft after working with them on other projects.

We started with UX/UI design, and I acted as the SME to drive the initial product definition. They worked in an Agile framework to deliver, pilot, and iterate the product.

What was the team composition?

At our peak, we had a team of 10 or more people covering UI/UX, frontend and backend development, quality-assurance testing, marketing, and SEO. We also worked with a project manager and communicated with the owner.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Multiple customers are starting to use the product. They’ve all complimented the tool’s functionality and UI, as well as the experience of the development team.

How effective was the project management?

They’re excellent. The project manager ran the development operations smoothly and offered periodic retrospective assessments to evaluate the customer experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Arbisoft has strong technical and interpersonal capabilities. They use the latest technologies, have outstanding language skills, demonstrate a stalwart work ethic, and invest in our product on a personal level.
