Key deliverables included a portal framework including user/role-based security, meniu, and navigational elements. Additionally, team members assisted in the development of three different business process workflows which were included in the initial release of the portal.

Number of users able to use the portal = All, Support Tickets for core Portal Framework are near 0, and usage of modules within portal generate very limited technical failures.

The team members worked very consistently. Items were generally delivered on-time given the dynamic nature of the business requirements.

We have resealed our desktop and web applications with confidence. The web application is operation in its first clinical research and clinical trial applications.

Our contractors were integrated into our team and assigned tickets along with the rest of our team. The contractors met with our team in daily standups and were tracked in our burndown charts. Our primary longest serving contractor was as fully responsive and engaged as any of our other developers.

Sometimes they over-communicate to make sure their developers are suiting your needs. However, I rather have someone who over-communicates and checks in than someone who doesn't though. So I would keep this as a positive :-)
