Account managers all extremely responsive and regular meetings were always helpful and productive. Delivery was always on time or very well communicated when timeline required shifting.

Sometimes they over-communicate to make sure their developers are suiting your needs. However, I rather have someone who over-communicates and checks in than someone who doesn't though. So I would keep this as a positive :-)
