I’ve worked with lots of larger firms, and I think that it’s much more personalized. I loved that we dealt with the president and founder, as opposed to just getting shooed off. I feel like Marc is always available, which is really great when you spend a lot of money, whether it’s $5,000 or a million dollars. You want that personalized attention and respect. I think that is really unique, that Marc is involved every step of the way, and Lysa, as well. That just really says a lot about them, that they care about all of their clients, big or small, and that he always knew what was going on. You just felt really taken care of.
