I am the CEO of a company that now has more than a dozen employees.

For what projects/services did your company hire Embacy?

We are launching an innovative site and needed a team that could meet our modern criteria. The Embacy team seemed to fit our needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The good feedback from other clients seemed to be in line with what we were looking for. After a few discussions with the project manager (free of charge), I felt that he understood our needs and his listening skills made the difference.

We briefed the team for several weeks before starting to work in the concrete. We quickly noticed that their work was high quality and met our expectations.. Each week, we worked on specific points, then reviewed the changes, validated the steps together and moved on.

I worked with a handful of people, including a contact person who was in charge of really understanding our needs, and a few other more technical people who were there regularly.

The project was beyond our expectations in terms of quality. Everything was perfect, as the team took care to check our satisfaction at every step of the work.

The level of detail in the questions was excellent, so we didn't have to waste time correcting mistakes we might have made.
