In terms of quality, Storm Brain always asked us for ways to improve things. Storm Brain was detail-oriented, and I loved that they were communicative. I could send the man an email any hour of the day or night, and Blake or his team would get back to me right away. Further, there was never any question that was too big or too small for Blake. We couldn’t talk to the founders of other companies. Blake, on the other hand, was extremely personable. We never felt that he was removed from us in any way. There wasn’t any alarming major transition since they were so open to us about everything.

We had regularly scheduled meetings, and used Basecamp for communication and JIRA for bug/issue tracking. Due to the PM's diligence by focussing on details and ensuring that communication was flowing accurately and consistently we were able to manage and keep on top of a very complex design and build project.

In terms of quality, Storm Brain always asked us for ways to improve things. Storm Brain was detail-oriented, and I loved that they were communicative. I could send the man an email any hour of the day or night, and Blake or his team would get back to me right away. Further, there was never any question that was too big or too small for Blake. We couldn’t talk to the founders of other companies. Blake, on the other hand, was extremely personable. We never felt that he was removed from us in any way. There wasn’t any alarming major transition since they were so open to us about everything.
