ActiveColor hasn’t only met our expectations regarding schedule management, but they’ve also exceeded them by delivering their work ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that they had the website ready to launch around three weeks before the launch date because we were very deliberate about July 14th, 2022 as the hard date that the website needed to go live. Additionally, ActiveColor constantly works closely with our IT manager to solve issues. Recently, we were working on a project, and their team was able to accomplish a change that needed to occur within the site in a matter of minutes.

C42 strictly followed their very structured process outlined by the SOW. Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule. C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Their use of Basecamp as a communication tool took a moment to get used to but worked very well. They were equally responsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and their internal communication with team members. C42 seems committed to making sure their service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member consensus.

I guess I started this review by acknowledging that, in my experience, this sort of massive website overhaul and complete 'rethink' requires a combination of great creative vision, attention to detail, organization, and process rigor. Our site has literally thousands of pages and a degree of complexity that you might not expect from a creative services agency. It requires a high level of strategic thinking, an enormous amount of process and structure, a serious attention to detail, and an appreciation for the importance of customer journeys and the way visitors will and should interact with your site.

C42 strictly followed their very structured process outlined by the SOW. Timelines were tightly held by C42. Customer was the holdup and cause for extended development schedule. C42 team was very interactive from the very first introductory call. Their use of Basecamp as a communication tool took a moment to get used to but worked very well. They were equally responsive in other communication tools such as email and phone calls, but clearly prefer Basecamp for record keeping and their internal communication with team members. C42 seems committed to making sure their service and deliverables are prompt and on time. Any delays were customer related. C42 was very understanding when it came to our internal content review and the delays that it caused while gaining team member consensus.
