As a premium signage business specializing in bespoke house numbers for luxury properties, we wanted to offer our customers a more interactive and personalized way to design their products. To achieve this, we partnered with a web development agency to create a sophisticated configurator tailored to our needs.

They built a complex solution that allows our customers to design fully customized products by selecting materials, colors, and finishes, giving them complete control over every detail of personalization. The configurator delivers real-time visual feedback, making the entire process intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the high-end nature of our brand.

PopArt Studio has also performed a competitive analysis and provided branding guidance. The team has drafted initial mock-ups and revisions and provided on-page SEO guidance and suggestions. PopArt Studio has designed and developed the pages, including adding custom functionality to some pages. The main deliverable, which is still in progress, is an SEO and conversion-optimized website that functions as well as it looks. PopArt Studio has designed and developed everything, including the home page, service pages, blog, custom development of certain pages, and shopping cart integration.

Eliminated manual spreadsheet management - previously maintaining 12+ separate Excel files across different departments Cut partner onboarding time from 3 weeks to 5 days through streamlined digital workflows. Centralized database of 180+ international partner institutions.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Initially, I worked with both Stojan (project manager) and Milan (designer). Milan was great for the design phase, but once we moved into development, Stojan handled most of the communication. We set up weekly meetings, which honestly felt like a lot at first, but turned out to be really important. These sessions helped us stay aligned and catch issues early before they became problems.
The one thing I learned is that you really need to invest time upfront in detailed planning. PopArt Studio was pretty insistent on this and everything had to be clearly defined on paper before they started coding. At the time it felt like we were moving slowly, but once development actually began, things moved much faster because everyone knew exactly what needed to be built.

They challenged us constructively. They built exactly what we needed without any unnecessary bells and whistles, sometimes the best compliment you can give a development team is that they made a complex problem feel simple.

Once the main development was done, getting minor tweaks or bug fixes sometimes took longer than expected, not major delays, but a few days when we expected same-day turnaround for simple things.

First, they completed detailed project documentation. Then, we had several online meetings with programmers to negotiate and clarify what would be done and what the project plan would look like. It was agreed that functionalities would be developed gradually and in a predetermined order. After this, user interface design was done, followed by developing backend functionalities for storing and managing sensitive and crucial data we have.

Next, they worked on the automatic time tracking feature and the business analysis part. Following this, there were several testing phases and a few fixes that needed slight modification.

We have established a better business process in my law firm. We have improved data protection and feel more secure in our overall operations. We analyze cases more easily, or rather, we analyze them more quickly.
