What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We showed the site to all of our customers after we went live, and everyone was happy with it. The quality of Agency Partner’s work is very good, and so is the impact on the business. We’ve had a few customers ask about the company that did our website, and we’ve referred them to Agency Partner’s account manager.

The site is modern in terms of technology, and it loads very fast on both mobiles and computers.

Clients should give Agency Partner all of the information and wait for them to bring designs to the table. When we allowed them to work independently, they gave us beautiful designs. They have very creative suggestions in terms of colors and designs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of their work’s good. I’m happy with them and their work. It was a drastic improvement from where we were in every way, shape, and form—from the look to the quality of the website. API made a daunting task more personal and comfortable.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We utilize a platform, which is nice because everyone contributes information. We can see timelines in real-time as far as what needs to be fixed and who will do it. We see when we need to approve tasks, so it makes the process more efficient.

Their team does what they say they’re going to do, which is important. I expect people to call when they say they’re going to call. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Their team doesn’t make us feel like idiots because we don’t know the technical aspects of the project, which is good. They explain and define terms well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their efficiency and organization are important. They’re personable, friendly, and professional. They’re not so big that we can’t get tasks done. I can get their attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s wise to have a consultation with the decision-maker. My partner and I make decisions in our company. You want to have the decision-maker or the person who will communicate with API to have a consultation and outline the project’s goals. That way, API can understand your needs and give their estimations for time and cost. Introduce yourself to the team’s lead or your main point of contact to establish expectations up front. API did that with me, so it was easy. Be open-minded and trust them as professionals too.

I wouldn’t have spent that kind of money to get nothing out of it. I would highly recommend them. Having someone that was so patient with me, the money was so worth it.

They kept track of me. I just wanted to be updated and they made my life so easy. I was extremely busy at the time, and they had to track me down. They were so patient with me. Once they tracked me down and sat me in the chair, it did not take that long. It was my fault that it took a long time, but once I slowed down, they finished it within six weeks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A lot of people are leery about working with a virtual team, and at first, I was too. They showed their commitment and they are very efficient.  Often, other teams don’t listen, but Agency Partner Interactive LLC actually listened. They listened and would repeat things back to me to make sure it was what I was thinking. Once they started to really track me down, we were able to get it accomplished and I am super happy with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had heard horror stories about other web design companies, and I was lucky to have met such a good company. In that sense, no, they don’t need to improve. My experience was perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Dedicate some time to really work with them. We are all busy, and I was the busiest person you could ever meet, but once they got me to sit down, I finally listened to them and things went so smoothly. If you are to hire Agency Partner Interactive, make sure you dedicate your time because this is your investment too. They want to do a good job and you need to give them the attention that they give their clients, otherwise you won’t get anything.

This is our second job, so we had a difficult time connecting with clients. We needed an online resource that was gully functional so our clients could put in orders and complete payments. Otherwise, we were working at night, and that isn’t optimal for people working in hotels. The site we had before this was quickly put together on GoDaddy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The agency was able to transform our website, put it on WordPress, completely redesigned it, and gave us access to change every minor detail. They even changed our logo. They built out the process for online ordering, connected it with shipping options and payment processing.

They ensured that we had a functional website that looks nice as well. They really did everything for us. I didn’t really know what to expect going into this project. I assumed there would be a lot more work on my end.

They made it really easy. They gave us a general design and let us pick and choose what we wanted—what fields and features would be available and made sure they were prominent on the website. I’m very happy that they were able to manage most of the project. I plan to use them again in the future.

They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I wasn’t sure what we wanted other than the shipping and payment system, but they were very clear and detailed what they needed from us. They were patient with us and they followed up diligently. They made the process really easy for us.

We did everything through phone and email. At the beginning, when they gave me the mockup, I was able to go in and comment on individual items. It was so much easier than taking a screenshot, editing, or annotating them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Once we got into the weeds and the details of the website, I realized that my original thought process wasn’t exactly what we needed, so we had to make changes.

For example, we deal in large quantities, like we’ll make 5–10,000 keycards in an order. But I noticed that our quantity button only went up by one at a time. Everything was already built out, so I assumed that it was going to be at an additional cost to make that change. But they did that, and probably 10 other changes, at no additional change. They helped improve the functionality of the site as we needed.

No, I really like their service.

If you have your plans ready in advance, that would be great. At the same time, we didn’t, and the project still turned out very well.

Agency Partner Interactive told me what I needed for the app, how to proceed, and what investors look for in a product. They helped me create an actual document for what the app will do, which was helpful. I worked with other agencies that just tried to build the app without thinking about how to make it a success.

We meet through a portal for the project. All the information and interaction happens through that platform. We have conference calls via video chat when their team tells me what stage the app’s in.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team’s thorough. They could’ve taken my money and created the app rather than telling me exactly what I needed to make the app successful. Their team told me how to get people interested in my app. If I met them first, I would’ve saved thousands of dollars. They earned my confidence and trust. Their advice has always been on point.

My experience with them has been positive. I don’t have suggestions for how they could perform better.

RH: We had fallen way behind on our marketing and web presence. We wanted to update our website and create an app.

RH: In the beginning, we talked about the website and app. Agency Partner Interactive guided us through what information we needed to provide them for the app. We had lots of back and forth and then created the app together. Then Agency Partner Interactive took our existing site and, using our guidelines, created a more modern site. It allowed us to add to it and continuously modify it as we ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RH: We don’t have any specific metrics, but at the trade shows we attend, the app gets lots of great feedback. Internally, we use it daily when we do tech calls. Our technical providers refer callers to download the app so they can work with them more easily. The app benefits not only our customers but our distributors as well.

For the website, we’re still making modifications. The content is there, but we’re adding pictures and reporting documents. Overall, it’s gotten positive feedback.

RE: I make 90% of the changes to the website because I know WordPress pretty well. I add pages and do minimal stuff, but Agency Partner Interactive built the whole thing from scratch.

RH: I think they’ve done a great job. They communicate very well — whether it’s over the phone, email, or verbal — and always stay in contact. The team even pushes us a little bit to remind us of deadlines. 

RE: I agree. In fact, I emailed them five minutes ago and they already got back to me. We’ve emailed 2–3 times today already. They’re really responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RE: I like their ability to return emails and phone calls so fast— they’re very efficient with their turnaround.

RH: Coming from Ray, that’s a very good thing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

RE: No, I personally can’t think of anything.

Any advice for potential customers?

RH: Be prepared, and have a game plan. I thought I had what I wanted in mind, but it’s important to do your research and have your content available.

RE: And they’ll let you know what they need. They’ll have a game plan as well as suggestions. When the project started, they asked us way more than we ever thought about. We haven’t used everything they’ve suggested, but it’s been helpful.

They handled the design and development of our new Wordpress website. After the bulk of that work was completed, they taught us how to edit it ourselves on the backend. At this point, we’re in the final phase of development, focusing on finishing touches. After the site launched at the beginning of April 2020, we begin our one-month warranty with them. They’re able to continue to make final adjustments and modifications until the start of May 2020.

With the design, we didn’t give them much direction. Even so, it was spot-on. We changed the color scheme, but there were no major adjustments that needed to be made. They had a great grasp of trends in the market. The team delivered on their promises and did a quality job.

When we fell behind schedule, they worked overtime to make sure that they hit our launch date. For collaboration, we used Teamwork. That allowed us to track daily progress and send automatic updates. We message through WhatsApp.

Because they have several locations in different time zones, their team was able to work around the clock for us. The timing of everything was a huge plus.

There were a few times when we felt a little left in the dark on progress. That’s pretty nitpicky, though.

Get the personal phone numbers for your account managers. It’s essential to have an open line of communication going at all times. This will help you check in on progress whenever needed. There were times that we could’ve saved extra effort if we were more vocal with their team.

Our partnership is a little bit different than other engagements. Agency Partner Interactive designed our club’s website. Also, whenever we get a client that needs a redesign on their own website, we have Agency Partner Interactive handle it. Their efforts include full website redevelopment services. We work closely with them to figure out not just what the client wants on their website, but also what they need.

Once the design is ready, they move onto the development stage. Sometimes, depending on the client’s needs, Agency Partner Interactive helps set up the website with all its needed content. For current websites, they’ve been using WordPress.

Overall, the quality of their work has been outstanding. The designs they did for our club was taken very seriously, and it was done pro bono. Agency Partner Interactive didn’t charge us because of the partnership we have with them. The extent of their work was superb and more than what we were expecting.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They added me to their project management platform so I could see everything that was going on with our web pages. It was an organized process, and I had full insight into what was going on throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The speed in which they address certain issues is impressive. Agency Partner Interactive resolves an issue within a few hours of me notifying them. Many other companies take that same time to solely address the issue, not fix it.

Whenever they thought there was a better way or feature to use instead of what we thought, Agency Partner Interactive called me to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both; I thought this was pretty cool.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any areas where they could improve. The entire process was pretty smooth.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For the best results, you have to be able to give them some creative freedom. Otherwise, they will do exactly what you ask them to. Let them know they can add some of their creativity and thoughts. After discussing those ideas with you, they’ll move forward and go the extra mile to do so.

I was brought on to expand and grow the company, so I brought on Agency Partner Interactive LLC to rebrand the company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed logos, color schemes, fonts, and templates—everything that goes into a branding document.  

From there, we built a website and migrated our content from the last platform, and onto the new brand platform. They built it on WordPress from front to back, and I’m not entirely sure how many pages there are. It’s all interlinked. Then we embedded a calendar function, a lead generation function, SEO, and some graphics. We leveraged the colors on the backend solution as well so it’s all consistent now.

Their quality is superb. They continue to make tweaks here and there too. We haven’t had many issues, but when we do, they fix it. We’ve received compliments on the website and the branding. The board of directors and our investors are thrilled, while our customers are very happy with it as well. Building it, they did a phenomenal question.

We’ve also asked them to bid on another project.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide an Asana login so I can check on the status of everything. The project manager also keeps me up to date, so I don’t need to go check it. They particularly deliver on- or ahead of schedule. They did it all in a remarkably short period of time.

They do a great job on the project management side and on communication. Because they’re local, the overseas developers work on the same clock as us, so I don’t have to deal with any time zone issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood the business and not just technology. They do a really good job of listening and repeating back what they heard to ensure that there’s no miscommunication. So they’ve really nailed it each time we’ve worked with them. They understand what we need from the solution. They’re small, agile, smart, and affordable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. They’re the best I’ve ever worked with.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Incorporate Muhammad in your conversations. He’s great at figuring out what you’re trying to without overcomplicating it, or encouraging you to spend more time and money. So keep him in your business discussions. He’ll be able to save you a lot of your headaches.
