When we decided to hire Paper Tiger, we had a meeting with their content creators and developers and they walked us through several questions/topics which they had us answer as best we could before the meeting. We had several content planning/writing meetings with Paper Tiger in the first few weeks of the project to really hone in on the messaging and the brand. Every week throughout the entire project from the beginning of the year through the project finale in August there were deliverables that Paper Tiger would share with us via email or through various design software that they used to organize the project. Paper Tiger was very clear in their communication throughout the process and sent us checklists when they needed things from us. Sometimes we were able to answer questions or approve deliverables via email, an sometimes we met live to discuss and provide feedback. Two people primarily, the creative writer and the project manager. I had weekly if not daily interaction with the project manager. Weekly interaction with the creative writer during the first few months of the project which was the heavy writing phase. Deliverables were always spot on. We rarely had to make adjustments, but when we did Paper Tiger took our feedback and provided options, which was nice. The messaging/brand story was one of the deliverables that the owners of my company were most concerned with when we first started the project. That really kicked off the project for them and got them excited to work through the rest of the project deliverables. They provide multiple design options, adjust elements at our request, and respond to changes on the fly. They usually respond to our requests quickly.
