I’ve worked with lots of larger firms, and I think that it’s much more personalized. I loved that we dealt with the president and founder, as opposed to just getting shooed off. I feel like Marc is always available, which is really great when you spend a lot of money, whether it’s $5,000 or a million dollars. You want that personalized attention and respect. I think that is really unique, that Marc is involved every step of the way, and Lysa, as well. That just really says a lot about them, that they care about all of their clients, big or small, and that he always knew what was going on. You just felt really taken care of.

The only thing I can think of is having a tracking system for customer feedback—something like a comment with a status (not started, in progress, completed). At the beginning, I had a lot of questions and suggestions, and since communication was mostly via email, it wasn’t easy to understand what had been completed and what was still in progress.
