5.0 May 8, 2021Framework has always been very good at communicating on all steps of each project; even if there is a hiccup, they explain the next steps to getting it resolved and then make it happen. By using Framework as our managed-IT partner, we are in a better position than if we had our own IT employee. They can bring in experts for any particular project/problem that will get the job done more effectively and at a better value. Also, by having multiple IT employees at our fingertips we never have to worry about vacations or time-off - Framework IT has us covered 24/7.
