Their deliverables included a detailed assessment with prioritized recommendations, a technology roadmap outlining short- and long-term improvements, and guidance on strengthening security, infrastructure, and operational processes. They also provided practical recommendations to improve system reliability, scalability, and readiness for future growth.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project gave us a much clearer understanding of our technology environment and a prioritized roadmap for addressing infrastructure and security gaps. Because the engagement was primarily an assessment and strategic planning project, the most significant outcomes were qualitative rather than quantitative. LEAP Managed IT identified several high-priority security and infrastructure improvements, provided a prioritized remediation plan, and helped us establish a more proactive IT planning process. While we didn’t measure outcomes such as reduced incident rates or cost savings during the engagement, the roadmap gave us a clear sequence of actions and greater confidence that we were addressing the most important risks first.One of the biggest takeaways was recognizing how several small issues across our environment collectively increased our overall risk. LEAP Managed IT highlighted opportunities to strengthen security policies, improve system management, and better document and standardize key IT processes. Their outside perspective helped us identify priorities that may not have been obvious internally and gave us a clear plan for addressing them over time.

LEAP Managed IT was organized, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the engagement. They established clear expectations, kept us informed of progress, and delivered each milestone on schedule. When questions or new considerations arose, they were responsive and provided practical recommendations that kept the project moving without unnecessary delays.Our primary forms of communication were virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.
