The guys at Audaxium understand sales and they understand the implementation process. A lot of solution providers are nothing more than technologists. They know the code and the platform and they can definitely implement the system for you, but they can’t take it a step further and begin to make adjustments based on an understanding of your customers. That’s where Audaxium really shines. They’ve got technical expertise and business acumen. That’s difficult to find.

Our contract is structured as a fixed annual pool of hours, and our PM did a fantastic job making sure development resources and time were managed carefully and effectively throughout the year, so that we both met our goals and never ran out of time. Furthermore, communications -- through both regular meetings and online communications -- were such that we always had a clear understanding of exactly where we were on projects and tasks and used billable hours.

5.0 Mar 12, 2013We’re quite pleased. We enjoy where we are with GP. It’s a substantial program with vast capabilities, and we’re still learning it. There’s still significant portions of the program that we don’t understand that we’re still trying to learn. We make efforts to accomplish minor learning tasks every day. The Web component has really been a huge advantage for us. The website, through the provider Azox, has 100 percent integration into GP. When a customer logs in with their unique reference number, they’re in our system, managing their account as if they’re one of our customer service reps. They can do just about everything that we can do on this end of the computer. For a company our size and in an industry like ours, that’s virtually unheard of. We’re very happy with those two aspects. GP grants a lot of flexibility and a lot of power that we didn’t have before.
